Mexican press says that the foot of Pres. Obama did not step on any STREETS of Mexico City #9. Pres. Obama bade farewell in Spanish to dignitaries

You mean Tony Garza? He keeps a very low profile now that he has married the wealthiest woman in Mexico. The security around he and his wife probably rivals that of the President of Mexico. He's a pretty nice guy though. He took my son to the 4th of July parade in McAllen one year when I had to work. That was just before he was named by Gov. Bush to be Sec. of State of the State of Texas.
