No treaty can usurp the constitution or the second amendment.No matter what treaties are signed by Zero and ratified by Congress, Obama is going to have to come and TAKE our guns.And that will not be a very peaceful exercise.

How do you get “supercede” from the quote I made above? Check Article VI paragraph 2 of the US Constitution to find where I got that quote from.
