Wow. I nearly projectile vomitted my Frosted Flakes after reading that nonsense. It actually reads like a piece from The Onion.

Please. Please. Include a barf alert next time.

What confuses me most is that if we are monitoring the situation so closely, why did the dinghy not vaporize the moment the Captain held hostage hit the water. Hmmm...?

Four ragtag pirates in a lifeboat without gas in the middle of the ocean surrounded by US warships are making demands and we are responding by having the FBI conducting negotiations like it was a domestic, criminal hostage incident. What are we going to do, read them their Miranda rights?

Now they are being joined by more pirates making more demands. Sorry, but this should not have gone on for more than two days and counting. This shows weakness, not cool-headiness.

They are conferring with the world court to obtain a warrant to arrest the pirates

Perhaps the Navy has been ordered not to fire on the pirates. After all, one of them might be a relative of “our” president.

In 1905 an American by the name of Pedicaris was taken prisoner by the a Tunisian leader named Rasuli and held for ransom. President Theodore Roosevelt sent a company of Marines and a note “Pedicaris alive or Rasuli dead”. Mr. Pedicaris was returned in short order.
I am certain there is now a seal team on site. I would order them to free the good Captain and in the course of the rescue the four pirates would be killed. Then the bodies should be taken by helicoptor to the pirate village and the bodies dropped from 1,000 feet into the town square.
There should be no further comment from the US Government, as actions speak louder than words.

Obviously, the captain was expecting the boatload of Somalis to turn into red mist a second after he jumped overboard. There is no question that Bambi has prevented the correct response.

“We gotta save that captain.”

No, we do not. What we need to do is convince future pirate-wannabes and hostile foreign governments that we are willing to meet force with much greater force.

As a nation, our interest is not in dealing with this situation, but in preventing future ones. If you value human life too highly, you condemn more humans to death.

That would be a little harsh, don’t you think?

Obummer, the Marxist, is a harsh guy.

If your name is Sarah Palin.

If your name is Bristol Palin, the forces of Obummer, the Marxist, shall haunt you for life.

The Navy is capable of much more, but I am absolutely convinced the situation is being controlled by nincompoops.

Don’t discount that that won’t happen. They may be wearing the pirates down. The sun is hot, the sea is heaving, they have run out of gas. The surveillance aircraft circles overhead. The destroyers and frigates surround them. The maggot reinforcements they call in are an easy capture. You think they are gonna last?

Gosh. A WARRANT? An INTERNATIONAL warrant??

I bet that’ll throw the fear of “Allah” into those pirates!

Supposedly, according to fox and others, the pirate scumbags just demanded ransom, yeah they’re really quaking in their boots!

Imagine that poor captain he jumps expecting to be saved and our Obommunized navy sits on its hands while it consults the “Diversity Manual” written by Bill Ayers, what a disgrace.

This situation is only occurring because the crew, not the Obama administration, acted boldly. Had they not fought back, the ship would be in a safe harbor and our administration would be negotiating with the pirates on their terms, rather than having the U.S Navy dictating terms to the pirates in the life boat.

Hillary Clinton’s cackling response aside, the Obama administration’s failure to say anything about this, other than words to the effect of “no comment” broadcasts to the world that the pirate situation is not that important. They should have jumped out in front of the situation, rather than skirt the issue.

Huh? The only response so far from the administration is to “watch”...what a joke. This is the exact sort of situation that Navy SEALS train for every day. This Captain would be safe right now and those pirates would be down in Davy Jone’s Locker if 0bama had any balls.

Letting them do so condemns us to more of the same. They should all be dead by now.
