Looks like Democrats have no sense of humour. No Obama Fried Chicken, no Obama Chia Pets. I have a better idea. Let’s have no Obama at all and vote him out of office (if he isn’t frog marched out first).
I bet this guy is selling triple the number of fried chicken orders now ...
Does the restaurant have a teleprompter menu to tell you what to order?
Yes, sure hope his business is booming.
I also find the name Obama offensive. Perhaps we can ban the term “Obama Presidency”.
I like fried chicken! I also like watermelon!
Uh...uh.....uh..........uh.......uh......now....uh....listen carefully.......uh........uh........uh
I STILL don't get it... why is watermelon and fried chicken offensive to blacks? I like eating them and it certainly doesn't lower my expectations for ethnic groups...
Thou shalt make NO GRAVEN images.
No Opossum iconography (unless licensed by his campaign?)
Manager: NYC 'Obama Fried Chicken' will not change nameActivist Kevin McCall says the name is "very offensive to African Americans." Another protest is planned for Saturday.
annnnnnnd....
Not that I care, but I wonder how 'Activist Kevin McCall' feels about the Obama Chia Heads?
'His' hair grows all ... 'nappy'.
I have never understood why fried chicken was considered racist. I like fried chicken — A LOT. Why would anyone be offended at the implication that they enjoy delicious food?

Salt & pepper.
How about a combined Chinese/Arab restaurant named for Obama? When you order your Szechwan falafel, your kids and grandkids have to pay the bill.
Ever ask yourself why black people like Fried chicken and watermelon? Its because they are good. They just knew this first. They shouldn’t be ashamed of this, they should be proud, just as they are proud of Obama.
I’d like to order the Al Sharpton chitlins with a slice of Jesse Jackson watermelon, please.

Hey, Kevin...
The only ones really adversely effected here are the chickens...
Maybe I can shed some light onto it. When Jim Crow affected African-Americans (By the way, which Obama is not), African-Americans were forced to bring their own food with them. The food that was most often brought were fried chicken, watermelon and other food that was portable and easily carried. So in essence, when somebody made fun of a black person eating fried chicken in older times, they were making fun of him or her not being able to eat in local restaurants.
But yeah, opening up an “Obama Fried Chicken” stand would be akin to opening up a Tony Blair borscht stand.
