Local DC Fox Reporter Jumps to Terry McAuliffe’s Campaign
Normally I wouldn’t find a local market television reporter joining a gubernatorial campaign worth a post on a national blog like NewsBusters, but in this case the candidate is a very well-known national figure: Terry McAuliffe, the former Chairman of the Democratic National Committee who also chaired Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign last year and is a long-time Friend of Bill.
Dave Hughes reported Monday, on his DCRTV blog, that Allyson Wilson, a reporter and sometime anchor on Washington, DC’s Fox-owned WTTG-TV/DT, is leaving to join Democrat Terry McAuliffe’s campaign for governor of Virginia. She’ll be his deputy press secretary. Wilson is a native Washingtonian and a graduate of the Duke Ellington School of the Arts.
I want to know how we can get term limits? Isn’t it left up to the states? per the Supremes?
Of course not because that would be racist
Isn’t Nina’s hubby in the financial world?
What’s Obumbles going to do now! The teleprompter is already loaded with new spending plans.
He’ll switch to bumbling about global bloviating which is also increasingly unpopular in europe.
Guess he’s not the messiah they’ve been waiting for after all.
And bringing hundreds of aides along for the trip. Another slap in the face of Americans who are being asked to sacrifice at his altar.
Under current law, that is correct. After the system in this country melts down from the weight of the national debt and the pendulum swings back to the middle/right, we should be looking at a constitutional amendment regarding term limits. The public mood might be right to accept that, depending on how much USA this congress and president leave behind after they run amuck.
I don't know, but she has this issue nailed. She sees exactly what a power grab and a politicization of the economic sector it is meant to be.
Nina is my hero of the day. (Never thought I'd say such a thing.)
Tee hee...Obumbles has his teleprompter and Timmy has his turbotax.
Those two are prefect together.
McCain: Oh I'd have to see who's running at the time...
Well...you might need TWO showers.
He is now on George Stephy’s show...and made a big deal about how he has “always been a public servant”..he has always worked FOR the country, unlike Wall Street, who works for themselves.
LOLOL....it is sickening what he gets away with.
Stephy didn’t even question his plan to take over ALL financial institutions, even if they don’t borrow money from the government.
I'd say Barney Frank, but that would be in bad taste, so I will just think it and not actually say it.
Just watched McGeezer on MTP saying he would have to see who was running against Sarah before he would support her--I hope we have someone lined up to kick him out of office! J.D. Hayworth would be perfect! What a dud/rino McQueeg is!!!
“McCain: Oh I’d have to see who’s running at the time”
Idiot doesn’t grasp the fact that he ONLY got as many votes as he did BECAUSE of Gov. Palin being on the ticket.
Had she not been there...it really would have been the “landslide” victory the Libs claim they got.
According to Rush, ‘Rosebud’ is the o.
I think mccainniac knows she is the reason, and it makes him furious.
We see how well Timmy managed to keep most of his money. Even money that was supposed to go for taxes.
Yet he thinks we somehow don’t care how much this cowering new world is going to cost us.
Hanan may well have saved the free world, coming immediately prior to the G20. A gift from the Lord, in my opinion.
So of course Mr. Will’s latest column must somehow not have come up:
