House Speaker Nancy Pelosi recently told a group of both legal and illegal immigrants and their families that enforcement of existing immigration laws, as currently practiced, is "un-American."
The speaker, condemning raids by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, referred to the immigrants she was addressing as "very, very patriotic."

Under Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, "Improper Entry by Alien," any citizen of any country other than the United States who:
Enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers; or
Eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers; or
Attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact; has committed a federal crime.
Violations are punishable by criminal fines and imprisonment for up to six months. Repeat offenses can bring up to two years in prison. Additional civil fines may be imposed at the discretion of immigration judges, but civil fines do not negate the criminal sanctions or nature of the offense.
They are enforcing laws that HER Congress passed.
To Nancy these illegals are all potential Democratic Voters who will make the Democrats the party in power for the next fifty years. She wants to make them citizens ASAP. Or at least make them able to vote (for Democrats) Think for an instant she would talk this way if they voted Republican? As Mexico fails and sinks into Civil War expect 100 Million More illegals to flood across the border in the next four Obama years.
Taking jobs from Americans is UN-AMERICAN.
Robbing American children of a quality education because their schools are flooding with illegals is UN-AMERICAN.
Having American hospitals to shut down because they are going broke providing free health care to illegals is UN-AMERICAN.

I watch CSPAN a lot and I have never actually seen her acting as House Speaker. There is always a pro-tem in her place.

So she would give jobs to illegal aliens instead of Americans? With Unemployment reaching 9%+ in some states and rising? Why is the GOP not running ads on this?
I luv how liberals think they have the final word as to what is “American” or “Un-American”. Don’t they accuse conservatives of doing that? Apparently, enforcing the law is un-American, unless a White Male is being prosecuted.
The Latinos will vote for the Mexicans.
The blacks will vote for some entitlement and of course a black guy, which isn't racist though.
Gays will of course vote for the candidate that legitimizes and gives the gay community the largest payoff.
Kids will vote for what MTV tells them too.
Radical feminists who want abortion on demand, special rights, etc.
Socialists/Communists who will vote for the furthest left candidate.
Tree hugger and green idealists who have some twisted view of what nature is really about.
