God Bless this woman. my grandmother who passed at 98 yrs old was a Gold Star Mother having lost her youngest of 5 boys at the age of 18 in korea after surviving the inchon invasion and the chosin resivoir.
Why am I not surprised? Could it be I do not expect more from our corrupt “news”media? All of their news is skewed to the left(including Fox)and the left abhors anything to do with the military. Please note, I said news, not commentary. I listen to both Fox news and ABC news on my radio and damned if I can tell the difference. Both have some breathless newsbabe that sounds like she is trying to seduce some guy in a bar instead of simply READING the news.

A hero in her own way who never sought media attention. Perhaps she saw our modern media for what they are and purposely shunned those who weren’t fit to polish her kids’ boots.
