A fairly impressive internet industry has sprung up claiming that Obama was born in either Kenya or Indonesia. This is nonsense which distracts from the broadly unexplored story of Obamas upbringing. This kind of nonsense has emerged because the McCain campaign chose not to raise the many questions about Barack Obamas numerous hard-left alliances. Barack Obama was born in Hawaii, August 4, 1961 at Kapiolani Medical Center in Honolulu.

That is entirely misleading. If he was not eligible in the first place then he is not a legitimate president, so its not a question of impeachment. Pretenders dont need to be impeached. They are removed by law enforcement.
WRONG WRONG WRONG
Only CONGRESS can remove a sitting President PERIOD
Deal with it.
This article is from November? Why are you posting it now? I agree with post #2, if he’s Hawaiian born, he can very easily PROVE it & not with that LAME short form lazer-printed certificate. It is his act of fighting it that makes everyone suspicious.
“Me thinks he dost protest too much”
Actually it proves that someone filed a birth record/certificate with the state. That would be easy for his Mother and Grandmother to have done. the filing is what triggered the announcement, either by a particular hospital or by the parents/grandparents.
Because obvoiusly quite a few Fereepers have become sucker bait for the Troothers. Look how many hits this thread got. That proves the necessity of re-posting.
I will do it again at a point in the future.
Obama is playing you all like a fiddle by refusing to authorize the release of the original.
You would not need to pay off the governor, she just stated that she saw that *a* birth certificate was on file, but later corrected the mis-perception that she had actually seen it and the information on it.
That would violate the first rule of keeping a secret, not telling anyone. The more people who know, the less likely the secret will be kept, especially something as juicy as this.
I keep seeing that $800K number. I'm not a lawyer, but I'm sure it's BS. All that Obama's legal team have had to do so far is file routine dilatory motions. The courts have been more than willing to cooperate and shut down the the birthers. I'd be surprised if the bill is up to $8K. Not that it would matter if it were actually $800K, given the amount of money Bambi extracted from the sheeple and Soros.
The normal rules of evidence allow for access to official records, or other records for that matter, that could bear on the facts of a case. In this case, that access is being denied.
In 1961 the birth of a "black" baby to a white mother named Stanley would be sufficiently unusual to stick in most people's minds. They might have brought that memory out to "look at it", until something, say the canidacy of BHO. a "black" man with a white mother born in Hawaii, would trigger the memory.
This sums it up:
Obama released his birth certificate. No, he didnt.
The short form is the same as the long form. No, its not.
Hawaii verified his birth certificate. No, they didnt.
Hawaii wont let him get his original certificate. No, they will.
Its good enough for a passport. No, not in all cases.
Factcheck proved he was born in the US. No, they didnt.
Election officials checked his background. No, they didnt.
The Supreme Court ruled that he was born in the US. No, they didnt.
It doesnt matter, his mother was a citizen. No, he didnt meet the criteria of the law at that time.
The law was changed and made retroactive. No, it wasnt.
The short form is accepted in a court of law. No, it can be rebutted with the source document and any amendments.
The burden of proof is on you. No, the burden of proof is on Obama and Sec. of States.
Anyone raising this issue is a crazy conspiracy theorist. No, they believe in the Constitution and realize that when someone spends hundreds of thousands of dollars to fight the release of a ten dollar document, he is hiding something.
Tough luck, he won, get over it.
they "have personally seen and verified that the Hawai'i State Department of Health has Sen. Obama's original birth certificate on record in accordance with state policies and procedures,"
They saw and verified that an original birth certificate is on file, not anything about what is on it. Even if it the original original (and not one made up after an adoption) it still could say that he was born at home, even if he was not. It could also show him being born somewhere else entirely. I suspect it does show him being born on the same date as the CoLB and the newspaper announcements, since the latter would have been triggered by the original filing. However if it's "Home birth" the date might not be his actual date of birth, but one chosen to be compatible with the date it was filed.
But until we see the "original" we can't know one way or the other.
You are assuming that someone proven, say in Federal court with the ruling upheld, or least not overturned, by the Supreme Court, to not be eligible to the Office of President, somehow still *is* the President and thus must be impeached to be removed. The Constitution provides for impeachment of a President, but not for a mere "resident" of the Oval Office. I don't think Congress would have the power to impeach someone not eligible to hold the office they would be removed from by such an impeachment.
This guy remembers him from Columbia and Occidental and was his roommate for a while at Columbia.
Here in plain English is the Kenyan Ambassador saying that Obama is born in Kenya.
But he doesn’t say Obama was born in Kenya.
///////
false. Go to minute 12.
And he has gone on record as denying that he even implied it.
////////
false. It was a non denial denial. very diplomatic.
Here is Gov (commerce secretary elect)Bill Richardson saying in Spanish that Obama is an “immigrant.”
And John F. Kennedy was really from Berlin because he said “Ich bin ein Berliner.”
///////
false analogy.
Yeah. Sort of like the Dan Rather National Guard Memo.
The notion that you cannot tell that some things are fraudulent from a copy is absurd. Have you seen some of those photos on the front page of the NY Times, usually depicting some supposed Israeli outrage? Some copies are themselves the fraud, attempting to pass as an original. What cannot be done is to authenticate from a copy, especially in the era or Photoshop.
PS to justiceseeker93: This guy thinks Thomas Jefferson was a naturalized citizen of the United States.
ML/NJ
Andrew Walden - Another snide, traitorous RINO looking to be popular with “the cool kids”. Read your Constitution Andrew.
The difference being, of course, that the actual documents were examined by forensic experts, none of which were willing to say for certain that the documents were genuine. CBS ran the story anyway.
The notion that you cannot tell that some things are fraudulent from a copy is absurd.
I will never put anything past the tinfoil brigade. Your imagination knows no bounds and your vision is so accute that you can see things that normal people cannot.
PS to justiceseeker93: This guy thinks Thomas Jefferson was a naturalized citizen of the United States.
So he was a native born citizen of the United States? Is that what you're claiming.
First, why would they do it? Second, why would her birth announcement be worded exactly the same in both papers, and exactly the same as each and every other birth announcement printed that day or any other day?
I am not saying this happened, just that it could have.
Oh please! That is exactly what you are saying. You have cooked up a scheme on the part of Obama's mother and grandmother to plant a phony birth announcement with a false address in two Hawaiian newspapers, coincidentally timed to come out on the exact same day as the birth announcements for all the other kids born on August 4th. What you apparently haven't thought through is the why. Or would you have us believe that Obama's mother wanted to make sure that her baby boy could someday run for president.
The more you birthers try to tie your theories together, the crazier you sound.
