A fairly impressive internet industry has sprung up claiming that Obama was born in either Kenya or Indonesia. This is nonsense which distracts from the broadly unexplored story of Obama’s upbringing. This kind of nonsense has emerged because the McCain campaign chose not to raise the many questions about Barack Obama’s numerous hard-left alliances. Barack Obama was born in Hawaii, August 4, 1961 at Kapiolani Medical Center in Honolulu.

His poll numbers are falling fast and some red state Dems are beginning to pay attention. The first big test will be if we can pull enough votes to force a rewrite of that awful budget.

They can rewrite it, or they can get voted out by their constituents who mistakenly thought they were conservative democrats (something only slightly less common than virginal prostitutes). I hope they want to stay in office, but I'm okay with a GOP takeover next year.

A California attorney lobbying the U.S. Supreme Court for a review of Barack Obama's qualifications to be president confronted the chief justice yesterday with legal briefs and a WND petition bearing names of over 325,000 people asking the court to rule on whether or not the sitting president fulfills the Constitution's "natural-born citizen" clause.

According to Orly Taitz, the attorney who confronted Chief Justice John Roberts at a lecture at the University of Idaho, the judge promised before the gathered crowd that he would, indeed, read and review the briefs and petition.

It is possible that Obama's parents weren't married when he was born. He's said in his memoir that he never looked too closely into the matter for fear of what he might discover.

But so far as I can find out, he went by the name "Barry Obama" in high school -- no "Dunham" and no "Soetero." He did start using the name "Barack" in college, but that could have been his given name anyway: there are certainly plenty of schoolchildren who call themselves by their nicknames rather than what they were born with.

FWIW, maybe somebody in Hawaii can get copies of The Oahuan, the Punahou School yearbook, for the late 1970s.

My parents made a big deal every Christmas about hiding our presents, and forbade my siblings and I from going into a (locked) basement closet during the month of December. That tiny room was the focus of our curiosity, and we never bothered to look anywhere else for the presents.

Turns out they never hid any presents in there. I use the same approach in other contexts all the time.

But it’s no joke that Obama doesn’t have the integrity to even prove something as simple as where he was born. There can’t possibly be any national security implications if he’s telling the truth. The onus is on him to prove the veracity of his claim. Until then, he’s nothing but a usurper. And Andrew won’t respond to any of the questions about WHY Obama won’t just release the vault copy.

matters in the least, because you can't remove him based on policy. These things are called "consequences of elections".
