King Obama

Posted on 03/14/2009 7:37:51 AM PDT by Lloyd Marcus

King Obama

I thought America elected a new president. But it is becoming increasing clear that in the minds of some, we have elected a king. Any criticism or disagreement with his policies are met with cries of “Off with their heads”.

A professor friend of mine perceives President Obama as almost 'god like'; one who has come to save the world. His scariest comment to date is “God will deal with the Fox News channel for their treatment of Obama”. Is my friend a lone nut case or do many view Obama as divinity?

For years political correctness has been, for the most part, silly and annoying. It has become extremely serious business when it causes Americans to submit to an outrageous government take over of the private sector and restructuring of our great country simply because they're afraid to criticize or disagree with the first black president. Or, should I say, King Obama?

The same people who don’t believe in Jesus Christ, believe that Obama is the real one. To them, they are called to serve...him, not Him.

“God will deal with the Fox News channel for their treatment of Obama”.

Maybe He already has? Could that be why Fox News' ratings are better than ABCNNBCBS' combined?

No your friend is NOT a lone nut! If there is one negative word said about Obama or his policies, I personally have experienced “We’re not talking about it! We’re at opposite sides.” - from a family member (in-law, as she may be). I about gagged when a friend at work told me how “inspired” she is by “O”. So many need to be REMINDED of Free Speech!

If Barry only pissed upon Amerika, the rest of the world could have a laugh at our stupidity for electing the lying POS and go about their merry way. BUT, Barry, by pouring out his hatred for capitalism in such volume, is wetting the entire world with his narcissistic lust for adulation. They won’t take too kindly to that and will remember America as the spoiled brat which should not be shmoozed in future commerce. Barry is not just pissing on US, he is burying US, all to the marked adoration of his blinded scyophancy in media and voting populace.

All through the Bush years I had people on the Left harangue me about what a what a bad man he was, what a failure his administration was, how uncaring Republicans were, etc. etc. I always stayed polite, always engaged in discussion, always respected their right to have stupid political views.

Now? It's like you said: they don't want to talk. Obama is right. I'm wrong. Any discussion with a moron like me would be quite pointless. I mean, "He won", didn't he?

These people are hypnotized by speech and speech patterns.

I just remind them, gently, “You know, there never has been a successful con-artist who was not, also, a great public speaker” -—

If they think about it, it will, in time, help our cause.

Not all great speakers are flimflam frauds.

However, all flimflam frauds are great speakers.

After you point this out, they will still insist, “Obama isn't like that!”

Of course, then and ONLY then can we point out that the charming, entrancing, hypnotizing words of Obama are NOT TRUE! (YES! he IS like that!)

This is a case where we have to practice a little political-psychological jujitsu and use their strength against them. Take a page from the rulebook Obombah and the 'Rats have been playing by (Alinsky). Ridicule them, their hero-worshipping ways, and their False Messiah whenever you can.

One of the people I work with used to take pleasure in putting on my desk every day a page he tore from his "George Bush Gaffes" daily calender. So every day I try to find a silly statement by Obombah or a dead-on political cartoon (those are rare) of The One and e-mail it to this guy. Drives him nuts. He could just delete it or block it, but he can't resist. I have taken to posting those around campus bulletin boards as well. They don't stay up for very long, and I'm waiting for the student newspaper to come out with some "story" or "editorial" about the "hate" postings around campus, but I don't care. To h*ll with them and their hero worship.

never argue with an idiot. They will drag you down to their level, and then beat you with experience. In this instance, lets work on the free speech fight instead of the convince people obama is wrong.

People didn’t come up with nicknames like “Obamessiah” for nothing. Of course people regard him as divinity. That has been noticed from the get-go.

0 is tarnishing. We knew it. His supporters are beginning to see it. Even the MSM is picking up the "Maybe 0 really is a 0 after all" chant.

Hi is not at all "God like". The clown can't put a sentence together. He can't get it right concerning his administrative appointments and this week he admitted that he isn't up to the job.

His administration is beginning to look exactly like the crass armatures that the Right said they were.

Rodney is more king than obozo will ever be.

Funny this topic came up, Last night I saw a commercial for a new TV series on NBC “Kings”.
It looks like modern day America ruled by one man.
Should be interesting

Is this the same God who proclaims “Thou Shalt Not Commit Murder”, as in abortion?

Well, what good is “free speech” if we only talk to people who already agree with us?

My approach, to point out that speaking ability is no gage to character, that every hustler knows how to speak well, is designed to plant seeds of doubt.

I know full well that I can not make instant converts, but I have shut people up by pointing out that they are in love with the WAY Obama speaks, not with what Obama does.

I would agree that we don't want to wear ourselves down with the true nuts, but lots of folks out there can be won over, in time. Also, if you have an audience for your argument, I think you owe it to the cause to fight long enough to raise doubts in the minds of that audience.

I should have said,

“They are in love with the WAY Obama speaks, with the aid of a teleprompter”

“You know, there never has been a successful con-artist who was not, also, a great public speaker”

Think Madoff and think what everyone is saying about his scheme - "Why was nothing done when there were so many complaints"? - "The claims were unrealistic" - "People wanted to believe the wild claims of lofty results", etc.

Not much of a difference between the two.
