Madness, from D.C. to Denver (NOW, we can take over Agriculture - or at least TAX IT TO DEATH)

Have we all suddenly gone mad? Have our wits suddenly deserted us? Has common sense been completely routed from our lives? The indications are not good.
In a little-noticed verdict last week, a U.S. District Court of Appeals has decided that the Clean Air Act requires the Environmental Protection Agency to act against farmers who endanger public health by kicking up dust in the course of their business. Expect anti-dust regulations and fines to follow.
For those unfamiliar with pastoral activities, allow me to enlighten: I grew up on a farm, and can personally attest that most types of agriculture require close contact with dirt. Especially for the dry-land types of farming that produce most of the worlds cereal crop, a cloud of dust is the unavoidable consequence of preparing the land for planting. Even using the most modern and minimal cultivation techniques, its a grimy business.
But the Big Wazoos of regulation in the District of Columbia dont care about details. According to the EPAs spokesperson, the agencys goal is to protect public health, so the dust must go. How that will be done is somewhat less clear. Perhaps gigantic plastic sheets to trap the noxious stuff before it offends the nostrils of those who eat what farmers grow?

I hope they know hunger sometime but it really will be the already poor and helpless that will go hungry while they stuff their guts and tax everyone saying that it is to help the poor and helpless.

The “Department of Food” is an inevitability if the political class is to achieve total dominance over the population.

According to
this article,
....
the U.S. District Court of Appeals in Washington ruled Tuesday that the EPA had already provided the evidence necessary to determine farm dust "likely is not safe.".......
So it seems the courts will allow the EPA to regulate "dust" because it "might" be unsafe.

“Expect anti-dust regulations and fines to follow.”
How will that be accomplished when the pigs in DC have no food to eat? Will the EPA march its purse carrying fascist divisions into the countryside to steal food from farmers? Oh, I know, obuma will send his racist Jesse Jackson Corps to rap for food.

It’s twofold. Starvation would take care of the overpopulation problem we have, don’t you know. It’s a win-win! /sarc. off
