We have to stick with the Republican Party no matter what.

Keep telling yourself that. If Rush were to start a new party and got some big names on board, millions of activated conservatives would join.

In my opinion, it's time.

Why? They won't have anything to do with conservatives.

They don't stick with us.

They love statements like yours, and hope all republicans feel like that.

The GOP is Titanicing because they aimed right for the iceberg.

We should make a few phone calls to the NRCC too. They're the branch of the national party directly responsible for providing resources to Congressional candidates and working to win U.S. Representative races:

National Republican Congressional Committee
320 First Street, SE
Washington, DC 20003
Phone: 202-479-7000

Chairman, Rep. Pete Sessions (R-TX)

Just an FYI...don’t know if you’ve seen this yet...this is just a sample from the article’s comment section:

Danae, post all the freeper posts you want. It won’t change the fact that FreeRepublic is a bunch of America-hating right-wing extremists who have been caught committing acts of domestic terrorism (as is proven with links to their treachery in previous comments here).

It seems to me that one problem with the scenario that you describe is the number of conservatives that ran in the primary. It would have been better if the conservatives could have coalesced around one candidate who would then have won the primary and would most likely be in Congress today.
