At least every week. Limbaugh has said repeatedly that he will not take a pay cut.

He’s said it repeatedly on air over the past couple decades - he has no interest in running because he’d have to take a helluva pay cut.

he has said numerous times on his radio show. why would he take the pay cut? He has far more power via his show.

Tell your co-worker that the exploratory committee has been formed and that you are a member. Have some fun.

He says he can't afford the pay cut.
I don't blame him.

“Rush runs America.”
Not even close, though I fervently wish it were so. If Rush ran America, we’d be in far better shape.

...but my co-worker is a recovering lib (and 25 years old) wants to SEE it.... This reminds me of the differences between conservatives and liberals explained back in '94 -- a conservative believes it when he sees it, a liberal sees it when he believes it.
Anywhoo, since Rush has said he will not repeatedly over the years, check out his website, archives may have what you're looking to provide your co-worker.

He shouldn't run for office. He'd be a lousy candidate and the entire media would train their guns on him.
What he should do, within the next 6 months, is start a new political party for conservatives.
