But like Dear Leader says...We shouldn't worry about the daily "gyrations" of the Stock Market.

To paraphrase someone from the past - If we dont produce, it will just reduce.
Gore-Gingrich made us an information economy. Bush turned us into a shopping economy for foreign made goods. What we need is a return of the factory economy, the little engine that did and could. Just like families, when things get rough, you make instead of buy.
If the Democrats and the Republicans don’t get together and restart our producing economy, there will a bleak future for the stock market with these two parties.
Formula for success: Bush+Clinton+Bush+Obama = THIRD PARTY

>>But unless Obama holds us down in a depression (possible) the market will recover somewhat at some point.<<
You are right.
After the 1929 crash, the market returned to it’s pre-crash level in the mid-1950’s.

Baracks problem is that his gyrations only gyrate in one direction - down.
A pilot might be forgiven ignoring clear air turbulence, but shouldn't be caviler about flying into a thunderstorm. Obama saying he isn't concerned the gyrations is like a pilot being unconcerned about his aircraft spinning into the ground.

Kill Citi Bank. It is a Zombie Bank. I know the Shareholders will lose everything, including the Government ( oh that is your grandchildren) but it needs to die.

Well at least we can look forward to the hyperinflation bounce.

When you think about it, it was a truly stunning comment. Many Americans, including many elderly Americans, have suddenly lost more than 50% of their life savings. And to Obama, it's just like a daily tracking poll. He has no genuine empathy, even for his own supporters.

On your administration, lol.

I’ve seen it speculated that the Dow was headed for 4000. I didn’t believe it. I am concerned that 4000 is a real possiblity.
Everything Obama does seems to be geared toward hurting, not helping the market.

Kicking self for not selling yesterday afternoon while the dead cat was still bouncing upwards. Don't worry KarlInOhio, there will be other sucker rallies in the future - some might last for months... Dems think the reality of markets doesn't matter - that only "confidence" makes a difference.

Both are behaviorally conservative, but both also drank the koolaid and voted for Obama. I love my parents, but man, are they ever in for a rude awakening. I can't even talk to my father about politics anymore, he refused to discuss it.
