Video - Hilarious, Penn and Teller Trick Some Stupid Hippies
notoriouslyconservative.com ^ | 03 03 09 | Notoriously Conservative

(Video on Site)

Sure it's funny, because hippies are stupid; but past the humor, this is sort of disturbing. Look at all these people eager to sign a petition to ban something they know NOTHING about. How can anyone make an informed decision if they don’t do their research? Libs are so eager to jump on any bandwagon that they will leap without even looking. It really is nuts.

Yeah, it's sorta' like Congressmen passing an incredibly huge spending bill they hadn't even read and knew NOTHING about.

"How can anyone make an informed decision if they don’t do their research?"

Heard about a couple of guys who set up a table at a fair to collect signatures on a petition to 'end womens suffrage'.

Rather humorous how many signatures they collected. LOL!

Is this the famous “ban hydrogen di-oxide - odorless, colorless, tasteless, and has been known to cause death!” from their “B***S***! Series episode on Global Warming? It’s a classic!

I’d sign that one, (and I know what it means!).

I think it was actually a ‘Man Show’ skit, but they did collect a lot of signatures before one woman figured it out.

There’s an old article on Lew Rockwell by Jeremy Sapienza that talks about it.

Many years ago, back in the late fifties I believe, there was a guy campaigning to put pants on animals. People took him seriously and the money came rolling in.

He finally had to disclose that it was a joke, and sent all the money back.

The controversy surrounding dihydrogen monoxide has never “been more widely debated, and the goal of this site is to provide an unbiased data clearinghouse and a forum for public discussion.” http://www.dhmo.org/

Took some online interactive CPE recently and one of the questions was about ‘global warming’.

Less than 7% of the college-educated professionals on the webinar responded affirmatively to the option that said that ‘climate change’ was part of the earth’s normal cycle and was not man-made.

We’re doomed!
