I would almost guarantee a black clerk int he office decided to make a game of the filing, to get it dismissed for her messiah, so she packed the document sent to the judge with garbage. And nothing will be done to her over the abuse of her position or the miscarriage of justice she attempted. Remember the woman who dove into Joe the Plumber’s files in Ohio? Barry has many worshipful aides spread throughout the legal system, some of whom work at the subpreme court level.
Isn't this wonderful, the law and the lawyers, I mean? The question is one that an off-the-boat Pakistani cab driver could understand, and these people turn it into gobbledygook that less than 0.005% of the population can understand. It should be illegal to write laws and/or issue opinions with that include any word that does not appear in the Declaration or in the Constitution and amendments.

I know Phil is a Dem but I really admire the guy. He said he is doing it for the troops who have died defending the Constitution. He is like a little steamroller and Thomas the Tank engine. Just going along slowly and never giving up. Keep going Phil.
If you read just the recent USSC filings and the number of times Zer0’s lawyers have filed “No Standing” and “No Jurisdiction” it is obvious that lawyers are indeed working on his side. You would be remiss and naive to think otherwise. What pisses me off even more is I am fully aware that it is “We the People” that are paying for this.
I believe a pro hac vice order is simply allowing an out of state lawyer to appear in the court in question.
***I looked it up and that’s what it says. I’d read on another thread that Berg wasn’t licensed to practice in this court.
I hope someone can translate what the rest of this means before the thread gets jammed with naysayers.
