I would not let myself get all hopeful......
The real beef that 98% of the state lawmakers have with the FEDGOV is not that their state is being told what to do; rather, it's simply the lack of Fed FUNDING they get pissed at. [unfunded mandate]
If the FEDGOV told a state that they had to remove Christian kids from their homes and put them in foster care, it'd be done...if they sent a check.
If O raised taxes to cover the mandate, the 10th push would disappear, I reckon. Again..the state and Fed have a common enemy: us. And the states want to force the Fed to pick up the tab for whatever BS edict handed down. MHO

Doesn’t it feel like over the years they’ve penned us in with all these affirmative action programs, minority owned business priorities and mortgage lending to boot, now “Aaaaat Laaaasssstt” they have the POTUS to really stick us good. I’m pissed!

Indeed. I should start pinging things out, sending feelers out to my military-type acquaintances... there’s something about “enemies domestic”.

I have a question. If against all odds, USSC rules Zero ineliblible to be president and he is removed from office, what happens to all the bills he has signed? Would they become null & void?

The claim is that they wanted collateral and Obama offered eminent domain of U.S. territory as payment/collateral if the U.S. defaults on the debt.Oh great. Thanks, obama.
One question though.
Is some of our land already collateral on a loan, and was that done by a past President(s)?

Your favorite 2 wheeler is about to double in price as the nutballs in Congress prepare a 100% tariff against European motorcycles as a act of spite for Europe's ban of U.S. beef. An agricultural dispute is being used to punish all the U.S. dealers and buyers of European manufactured motorcycles. My wife's Piaggio BV500 was a bit pricey at $6600 out the door. It would be unthinkable at twice the price.

Some of our territory has been labeled as "heritage sites" with some control ceded to the U.N. That is totally asinine, but what else would you expect from Democrats.

Has the government ever abandoned any legislation already passed, based on one of the signers being removed from office? This would be the first time the sitting President was ruled ineligible to hold the office, thus none of his "official" actions since taking the office would be valid. The EOs would be struck. The bills would have to be resubmitted to a legitimately seated President. Everyone action he has taken would be fraudulent.
I think even his cabinet appointments would have to be removed and new nominations made by the legitimate replacement.

I'd say it would be breaking new ground and you just never where our SCOTUS is liable to come down on just about anythingl. FWIW, it's been a hunch of mine the reason Ø is moving at lightspeed is the fear he may be found out and he doesn't care what happens after that. Most of the damage will have been done.
