You forgot to put the case of beer in Obama’s hands.

I think any country, business or other entity dependent upon the authenticity of any bill signed by Mr. Zero should use extreme caution.

Have you heard this?
The claim is that they wanted collateral and Obama offered eminent domain of U.S. territory as payment/collateral if the U.S. defaults on the debt. This appears to be the motivation for the 10th Amendment movement.

Has the government ever abandoned any legislation already passed, based on one of the signers being removed from office?Under the Constitution, there is only one signer of legislation passed by both houses of Congress: the POTUS. Since no president has ever been removed from office against his will, your question is one that has never had to be addressed in practical terms. But there are very likely to be challenges to the legitamacy of any legislation signed by a "president" who is later found to have been constitutionally ineligible at the time of the signing.

THAT is funny as all get out.
And thats just about what is going to happen when the pretender seeks to foist unfunded mandates on the States.

I am more concerned with the environmental wilderness public land closures to off road travel that are coming when they get down to that priority level, it will be the largest land grab in history

I am more concerned with the environmental wilderness public land closures to off road travel that are coming when they get down to that priority level, it will be the largest land grab in history I sold my BSA 500 single in 1978 just before I got married. Last August, I finally purchased a few dual sport bikes. It was late in the season, but I found some time to enjoy a little off road activity. No sooner did I get the bikes, then news of land grabs and prohibitions begins surfacing. The bikes are dual sport...licensed for street as well as off road. I couldn't justify buying any off road only bikes. I would really like a hot 450 motocross bike to zip around the sand dunes, but that wasn't really practical. My bikes are cheap, reliable transportation for a world of high priced gasoline. They are lots of fun too.

Some of our territory has been labeled as "heritage sites" with some control ceded to the U.N.Wasn't that done specifically by the Clinton Administration?

Do you know what thread that comment was in? I got an email from a friend with similar content. I’d like to see what was posted here.

Weve never had a president ruled ineligible.True. But we've had a Frenchy running for President. If I'm not mistaken, the Kerry residence is in France.
No one seemed to care about that.

The bills would have to be resubmitted to a legitimately seated President. Everyone action he has taken would be fraudulent. I think even his cabinet appointments would have to be removed and new nominations made by the legitimate replacement. And if that replacement was Joe Biden....?
