Glad to hear.
However, it is outrageous that GWB pardoned drug dealers but refused to pardon Ramos & Campeon!!!

I heard that too. Then later he said that Ramos couldn’t give interviews until 3/20. He also said that Ramos has a child that he has never seen.

Thank God. I would like to say justice is served but it is and has not been. They never should have been in jail in the first place!

Answered prayers.
If I had to choose between Libby and these men getting help from President Bush, I’ll take these two.

Sorry..meant to say ISN’T instead of is!! Either way...it WASN’T. Good luck to their families and may they live with their heads held high knowing we were all for them and NOT for the perps. This is a very dark mark on our justice system or I should say a darker mark. There are lots of dark marks and moments involved in our justice system and it is getting worse. We wish them well with health, happiness, love and the FREEDOM they deserve living in this country!!!

Think possibly they want to wait for the news to become stale on the back page? Let’s not give an opportunity for the ‘people’ to be upset?
imo Bush should have pardoned both of these guys and Libbey. jmo but I can have those opinions now with out going to jail or being fined.......soon maybe not.
Take care

"I hope they sue the pants off of Bushs good buddy Johnny Sutton."
I don't think they have a legal leg to stand on. Commuted means they get out of prison, but under the eyes of the law, they are still guilty. Just don't have to serve the full term.

"Can you imagine the anger and righteous indignation that this poor guy just wants to get off his chest?"
I wouldn't get that anger off my chest in a public interview if I were them. I think they are still trying to work on getting a pardon. That wouldn't help their cause. Maybe if they came out and said they were against the Iraq war, hate Haliburton and Blackwater and Cheney was part of a conspiracy to knock down the world trade center towers, that might help.

"Thank you President Bush for correcting this horrible injustice. (Even if you were 2 years late.)"
BullPuckey. He should have just pardoned them.

It may be a ‘home release’ where he as to wear the bracelet and is confined to home until the actual release day.

What he did was give them the opportunity as free men to appeal and clear their name without a pardon. In the end this may work out for the best.

Along with immigration, one of George Bush’s biggest failures.

Was that Beck’s big news?

Sad but true.
Too bad they are still having to play political games with these guys. I honestly don’t see a pardon in their futures,
even with this goofball, That One, at the helm.
