Fifth State Representative has joined our legal action as a plaintiff-Dr. Mike Ritze of Oklahoma

Yesterday evening Dr. Mike Ritze, Oklahoma state representative has announced on Plains Radio to some 250,000 listeners that he will be joining as an additional plaintiff in my upcoming legal action to unseal Obama's vital records and check if he is eligible/legitimate for presidency.

Dr. Ritze is one of the most outstanding members of the Oklahoma legislature and Oklahoma community as a whole. He is a veteran, served as an army doctor, worked as a family doctor for 33 years, and a family man. Dr. Ritze and his wife have four children. Thank Dr. Ritze at Mike.Ritze@okhouse.gov

Please, send Dr. Ritze cards, banners, balloons and flowers. Call his office and express your appreciation. Please call and write Oklahoma State, US Representatives, Senators and other elected officials, such as Secretary of State, Attorney General, Governor, Lt Governor, US Attorneys for the district of Oklahoma and ask them to show solidarity with Dr. Ritze and 4 Tennessee Representatives and join my legal action. American citizens are entitled to know if a person occupying the White House is there legitimately.

You can hear Dr. Ritze speak on Plains Radio archives.

I have seen some in threads on this forum and especially over on DU questioning the veracity of the estimated $850,000 that Zero spent defending against having to show his real BC. The common thought was that "It hasn't been documented anywhere - you can't prove that he's spent the money", so he must not really be concerned about it.

For anyone who will stop and take 10 seconds to think about it - how did all of those lawsuits get to the Supreme Court and fail to be heard? Do you really think the plaintiffs' lawyers did all of this unopposed? Wouldn't they have had SOME success if there weren't legal briefs filed against the motion for Zero to reveal the real BC?

If you were Zero (and no, I wouldn't wish that on anyone), would YOU let all those lawsuits go unopposed? My point is that the number may not be right, but he, or someone on his behalf, MUST be opposing these suits. Nothing else makes sense.

Then the question becomes, who is opposing these suits, and why? If I'm crazy so be it (I HATE conspiracy theories, BTW). I sure would like some answers to at least my questions, even if we don't actually get his BC. That alone would be revealing.

Only an observation here. But if you could find one state of the fifty...and get legislation passed before the spring of 2012...to absolutely require a valid copy of the birth certificate to be shown at the state capital and be available for review for 30 days for anyone to challenge their citizenship...then you’d accomplish everything necessarily and make this very painless for everyone, except Obama.

I believe a state like Oklahoma, Mississippi or Alabama would likely be the best place to accomplish this.

The media is forced into the corner when Obama says he will skip that state’s primary. They will have to ask why and start to detail a topic that no one wants to discuss.

Last time I checked...most southern states mandate that you show a birth certificate when you go in for a brand new license (not a renewal). Seems like a simple process...why not just extend it for primary registration or running for any office?

One of her suits (and it may be this one) does that

>>>”It hasn’t been documented anywhere - you can’t prove that he’s spent the money”, so he must not really be concerned about it.

As someone who is working on the cases, I see the defense attorney’s fighting the cases.

A team of lawyers flew to Hawaii to fight and file for dismissal.

Bauer continuously adds defendents to the Keyes v. Bowen case to create busy work.

Another team is filing sanctions against Orly.

Berg’s initial case’s dismissal was issued by Obama’s old law firm in Chicago.

Those are the ones I know of personally. Obviously with 42 cases filed I wouldn’t know about all of the work the defense attorneys are doing.

Any bill that comes out of congress needs the President's signature to make it law.

But, if we have an illegal President, then there is no way that his signature carries any legal weight. Hence, as soon as Obama signs Porkulus, we should be prepared to react. We will not follow any laws that are not signed by a legal President. According to the Constitution, we are not bound to follow the dictates of a corrupt government headed by an illegal President who may be an illegal citizen as well.

We have the right to redress, and even the actions of a fully qualified President and Congress cannot abridge us of that right. Which is EXACTLY what Obama's attorneys are doing by seeking damages against us for exercizing our right of redress. It is unconstitutional because it unfairly places a heavy burden on us for simply trying to protect and uphold the constitution, and it abridges our constitutional right of redress against the government.

Obama is following along the same path taken by radical Muslim organizations who use our legal system to squash our 1st Amendment rights. If the courts permit them to seek punative damages against us this time, then they will do it every time we seek to protect our other freedoms.

Nobama, we will not go quietly into the night.

Done. Sent my thanks via email. All we need now is a few press conferences covered by regional newspapers to get the ball rolling again.

I’ve also written to Sen McConnell, Sen Kyle and Rep Boehner that they still hold the “Ace” card. All they have to do is to get the Republicans to announce ‘en masse’ a challenge to the current President to produce his long form birth certificate, his college transcripts and his thesis.

I would LOVE to see this occur on Monday as he is signing the Stimulus Bill into law. 1- he’s not IN DC for the event and 2- it would be a blindside attack on his arrogance and 3- it would mean that NO money could be transferred until he produces the documents to verify his NBC status.

He's already signed legislation: Obama Signs SCHIP. The legislation imposes stiff new tax rates on tobacco products, including an amazing 2000%+ tax increase on loose tobacco.

I would think that tobacconists, who I believe sell most of the loose tobacco sold, would have a very legitimate beef with this massive tax increase and should consider suing over the issue of the legitimacy of the Kenyan Clown's signature on the SCHIP bill.

The SCHIP bill would be a starting point, for sure, being the regressive sin tax that it is. Basically, every mutual stock fund, except the "socially responsible" ones, has a portion of it going to tobacco. This is the Democrat's version of the "broken window fallacy," that if a kid breaks a window of a shopkeeper and the shopkeeperhas to pay the glazier to fix it, then the glazier has money to buy break, and that provides money for the baker, and so on, until it makes the boy seem like a hero. In the Dem's version of this fallacy, taxing the tobacco growers will nullify the government subsidies, which will have to be increased to make up the shortfall, which will mean more taxes on the public at large, and will reduce the value of the stock funds and futures market, which will come back like a boomerang just as the tobacco industry is trying to avoid from collapsing. Now, if it does, will smash into the economy like a freight train hitting a golf cart.

Just another day in the life of the Managed Crisis Morons.

That would be, “...and the shopkeeper has to pay the glazier to fix it, then the glazier has money to buy bread...”
