I have seen some in threads on this forum and especially over on DU questioning the veracity of the estimated $850,000 that Zero spent defending against having to show his real BC. The common thought was that "It hasn't been documented anywhere - you can't prove that he's spent the money", so he must not really be concerned about it.

For anyone who will stop and take 10 seconds to think about it - how did all of those lawsuits get to the Supreme Court and fail to be heard? Do you really think the plaintiffs' lawyers did all of this unopposed? Wouldn't they have had SOME success if there weren't legal briefs filed against the motion for Zero to reveal the real BC?

If you were Zero (and no, I wouldn't wish that on anyone), would YOU let all those lawsuits go unopposed? My point is that the number may not be right, but he, or someone on his behalf, MUST be opposing these suits. Nothing else makes sense.

Then the question becomes, who is opposing these suits, and why? If I'm crazy so be it (I HATE conspiracy theories, BTW). I sure would like some answers to at least my questions, even if we don't actually get his BC. That alone would be revealing.

Only an observation here. But if you could find one state of the fifty...and get legislation passed before the spring of 2012...to absolutely require a valid copy of the birth certificate to be shown at the state capital and be available for review for 30 days for anyone to challenge their citizenship...then you’d accomplish everything necessarily and make this very painless for everyone, except Obama.

I believe a state like Oklahoma, Mississippi or Alabama would likely be the best place to accomplish this.

The media is forced into the corner when Obama says he will skip that state’s primary. They will have to ask why and start to detail a topic that no one wants to discuss.

Last time I checked...most southern states mandate that you show a birth certificate when you go in for a brand new license (not a renewal). Seems like a simple process...why not just extend it for primary registration or running for any office?

>>>”It hasn’t been documented anywhere - you can’t prove that he’s spent the money”, so he must not really be concerned about it.

As someone who is working on the cases, I see the defense attorney’s fighting the cases.

A team of lawyers flew to Hawaii to fight and file for dismissal.

Bauer continuously adds defendents to the Keyes v. Bowen case to create busy work.

Another team is filing sanctions against Orly.

Berg’s initial case’s dismissal was issued by Obama’s old law firm in Chicago.

Those are the ones I know of personally. Obviously with 42 cases filed I wouldn’t know about all of the work the defense attorneys are doing.
