Just wherethehell was all this a year ago?
Oh, yeah. Somebody named McCain squashed it all.

In the immortal words of somebody very wise:
"Let it go'oooooooo..."
For anyone who will stop and take 10 seconds to think about it - how did all of those lawsuits get to the Supreme Court and fail to be heard? Do you really think the plaintiffs' lawyers did all of this unopposed? Wouldn't they have had SOME success if there weren't legal briefs filed against the motion for Zero to reveal the real BC?
If you were Zero (and no, I wouldn't wish that on anyone), would YOU let all those lawsuits go unopposed? My point is that the number may not be right, but he, or someone on his behalf, MUST be opposing these suits. Nothing else makes sense.
Then the question becomes, who is opposing these suits, and why? If I'm crazy so be it (I HATE conspiracy theories, BTW). I sure would like some answers to at least my questions, even if we don't actually get his BC. That alone would be revealing.

It’s beginning to look like Oklahoma-2009 is going to be South Carolina-1861. Lead on, Okies.
Done. Sent my thanks via email. All we need now is a few press conferences covered by regional newspapers to get the ball rolling again.
I’ve also written to Sen McConnell, Sen Kyle and Rep Boehner that they still hold the “Ace” card. All they have to do is to get the Republicans to announce ‘en masse’ a challenge to the current President to produce his long form birth certificate, his college transcripts and his thesis.
I would LOVE to see this occur on Monday as he is signing the Stimulus Bill into law. 1- he’s not IN DC for the event and 2- it would be a blindside attack on his arrogance and 3- it would mean that NO money could be transferred until he produces the documents to verify his NBC status.
My crystal ball tells me Obama is going to pull the rug out on radio and TV in the next 48 hours.
It would be great to discover that BHO is not eligible to be president and all the executive orders he signed and all the bills he signed have to be revoted on.
I realize that there have been problems in some of these NBC cases where the suits are being dismissed because of the plaintiffs’ lack of standing. I presume that the choice of state legislators as plaintiffs somehow overcomes that “standing” problem. Can someone please explain briefly the legal theory as to why state legislators may have standing in this type of litigation while other plaintiffs don’t?
