You buy a car, don’t you read the contract you are agreeing to? I haven’t ever not read one and I have never spent close the amount of money they are spending with this bill. They spend this money and don’t care what is in it? That’s like taking the used car salesman’s word that everything is ok with the contract, just sign it so you can drive it home right now...we close in 15 minutes and I got dinner on the stove.

Senate goes off morning business at 5 pm. It isn't perfectly clear that the vote will happen today, Reid has been known to make "schedules" as to time, and then hit a snag when a senator objects to proceeding.

But, if there is no objection, Reid pictures the vote ending sometime after 8 pm, when senator brown returns.
