Salma Hayek was so taken aback by the plight of an African woman in Sierra Leone who was unable to breastfeed her child that the star breastfed the newborn herself.
The 42-year-old actress, who was nursing her own daughter Valentina at the time, offered to help when the baby's mother stopped producing milk.

It is a typical staged liberal photo op, but I don't find anything "gross" about Salma Hayek, her breasts in particular, or breastfeeding in general. I don't drool at the sight of Salma Hayek, but I don't see the problem in this particular staged gesture. [Disclaimer - I have not seen the video.]

If this is really true and there are no pictures or photo-opts to follow it up then she really did this out of the goodness of her heart. It can be considered an event of compassion rarely associated with the narcissitic bunch from Hollywood!
