Orrin Hatch being nice to Ted Kennedy crap, and start street fighting.”

I have friends in Utah.

Hatch is facing severe opposition in his next election.
They are sick of him and his panty-waist moves.

To advance this race-based agenda, he needs to constantly lecture whites on their alleged “racism”, making them feel guilty “

This La Raza supporter can rant all he wants.

He cannot make me feel guilty about a single da__ thing.

“Theoretically there is nothing to stop the government from taxing 100 percent of income so long as the people get benefits from the government commensurate with their income which is taxed””

Sooooo if NObama taxes 100 percent of Bill Gates income, tell me exactly what Bill Gates will get in return?????

And this is just the first two weeks.’

NObama is melting down this country faster than the Revolutionary War and the founders of our country took to build it.

But then, buildings in Watts that took years to build were burned in minutes in 1965 or 1966. They haven’t been rebuilt since, either.

Good to hear. I live in Boston, and people here will be putting Kennedys in there forever, even if none of them can explain why without mentioning JFK, as if we owe them for that, which feelings of course the family play on like a piano.

You both have a point - a good point.

HOWEVER...for too long Conservatives have just gone along with the flow...doing their jobs...raising their kids and thinking...it can’t get THAT bad.

Well, it has - thanks to those that didn’t think it would ever get really bad, and those that thought it would be a good idea to “teach them a lesson.”

The only lessons they learn happen when WE THE PEOPLE stand for something and shame “them” into doing the right thing. Beyond that...most ALL of the “them” (Rs&Ds) are egomaniac humans and power corrupts.

It’s also a sad day when well-meaning conservation/respect for nature gets hijacked by Al Gore and his making a profit on carbon credits companies.

Oh...I am so mad.

...BUT glad their are more patriots than punks. I think.

Groan...  ok here goes.

February 8, 2009 - by Ruben Navarrette Jr.
Jr. sounds about right.  Is junior out of the fourth grade yet?

Support Pajamas Media; Visit Their Advertisers

I remember this delightful elderly white woman who, after Barack Obama won the Democratic nomination, looked into the television camera and told America that she would never vote for him because “he’d only take care of the blacks.”
Elderly women say a lot of things.  They aren't generally limited to Obama or even politics.  They aren't always related to reality, and most adults understand this.  And so most adults smile, realize that comments like these aren't necessarily gounded in fact, and move one.  Not Junior.

Now that Obama has been elected, I’m picking up on self-pity, worry, paranoia, resentment, and victimhood among some white Americans, especially thin-skinned white males.  Ah yes, written by a Hispanic racist, this gets right to the heart of the issue.  I guess this dipstick doesn't realize that he is also classified to be part of those Whites he seems thrilled to assess right now.

Self-pity?  We're in the middle of a severe and growing recession.  I guess it would be unreasoned for people to be concerned for their families right now, right Junior?  They see what Obama is doing.  They know what it portends for the welfare of their families and our nation.  And yes, they are worried.  They would be incredibly stupid, well in fact Ruben Navarrette JUNIOR, not to be.

Paranoia?  Paranoia is related to unreasoned fear.  Watching Obama gift Hamas $20.3 million dollars (among other equally dangerous things) for it's members to immigrate to other nations doesn't cause paranoia.  It causes justified concern over what moving terrorists to every corner of the Western nations will do.  Will it spread the peace that has existed on the Gaza strip for the last fifty years?  Why yes, it most ceratinly will Junior.  Look forward to bombings, lost of life and limbs to spread out across the Western world Junior.  When your family isn't safe going out to the movies or to a restaurant, or even shopping in the future, remember this moment of briliance you signed on to.

Resentment?  Well, there is unreasoned resentment, and there is reasoned resentment.  Resenting someone taking actions that will make the Western nations and the United States less stable might cause a reasoned reaction.  And yes Junior, that would be resentment.

Victimhood?  Taking people's weapons away does open them up to being victims Junior.  The citizens of Britain are marching by the hundreds of thousands in the streets against what their government has done, strip them of their gun rights.  And now Obama wants to do that here.  He has proven that he is not going to abide by his oath of office, to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, and he has proven that he is going to try to make U.S. citizens defenseless against criminals.  Britain saw a 30 to 60% rise in crime after the gun ban.  Those 30 to 60% more crimes, aren't perpetrated against a light pole, a bridge, a building, or another inanimate object.  They are perpetrated against human beings, face to face.  Home invasion roberies, rapes, assults, other robberies, kidnappings... this is what Obama's brave new world will look like Junior.  And yes, the potential victims in the United States aren't going to sit by and watch Obama and his minions such as yourself, usher in this brave new world if they have any say about it.  Now you go ahead and trash them Junior.  I for one chose their vision for American, and not yours.

These folks need to chill out. They haven’t lost anything, except perhaps a little perspective.  These people haven't lost perspective Junior.  They perceive things in the dark of night that you have revealed yourself to be incapable of grasping in the light of day.  They do not want our banks to be nationalized like Communist nations do.  They do not want corporations micromanaged, or taken over like communist nations do.  They don't want loans given out to people who cannot repay them, causing the credit system in the United States, and therefore the world to crash.  They don't want private organizations gifted with billions of dollars so they can carry out political activity.  They don't want our military to be disbanded.  They don't want to see all of our nuclear deterence destroyed.  I could go on, but you will grow up one day and take a new look at these things as an adult.  When you do, you'll understand why we want an adult in the White House, and not some ten year old in the body of a black, white, red, yellow, brown, or even green adult.

After all, African-Americans have somehow muddled through 43 white male presidents over more than 200 years, and they’ve survived.  My wife has also spent 14 years being the wife of an adult white male.  Are you suggesting she should spend the next fourteen with a Black crack-head?  I ask this, because Obama's actions are the actions a Black crack-head would take.  Who but a crack-head would want to disburse the most vile terrorists on the planet, to all corners of the earth?  Very few people are upset that Obama got elected, based on the color of his skin.  They are very much upset about the color of his policies.   They are red.  They are the failed policies of many nations which have risen and destroyed before our system of governance came along.

White Americans are two weeks into the tenure of the first black president, and already some are coming unglued.  Independence was declared on July 4th, 1776.  It has been 232 years since then.  And in the first two weeks of Obama's presidency, he has taken actions that fly in the face of 232 years of success.  Those who study those 232 years of history, have every reason to be concerned over the actions of a man-child, that is out of control.  His rules should be the U.S. Constitution and the Amendments to it, but this child in an adult's body is acting out against them.  So yes, the adults in the room have taken offense.  They are seeing people who are responsible for his behavior shirk their duty.  We have the proverbial spoiled brat, and his proverbial idiotic stupfied disconnected parents asking the rest of the nation, "Oh, isn't he cute?"   No, he's not cute.  And no the adults in the room are not coming unglued.  They are sounding the alarm bells Junior.  Listen up bonehead!

Lately, white males are upset over:

    * The comments by former Labor Secretary Robert Reich who, in testifying before Congress on President Obama’s plan to create jobs, expressed his hope that “these jobs not simply go to high-skilled professionals or to white male construction workers.”  They don't like it, because it's a racist comment.  How would you like it if Reich had said, "...these jobs should not go to high-skilled professionals or Hispanic males."  It's not a comment that should have been made.  The jobs should go to the most qualified people regardless of race or gender you racist self-loathing dip stick.

    * The admission by former Republican National Committee Chairman Rich Bond that the GOP has to reach out to minorities because “not everybody comes from the same constituency as a majority-white homogeneous district in the South where all people care about is keeping their guns and taxes.”  Hmm, Rich Bond is no longer the RNC Chairman.  Quote him all you like.  We didn't particularly care for him either.  As for his comments, he's a jackass.  His comments were examples of sheer idiocy.  The policies the Republican party advance, are intended to cause all people of every race or gender to have a better chance at the best possible quality of life, and even to obtain the best job they can.  Rich Bond didn't know that any better than you do.  And so, he got his walking papers.

    * The announcement by CNN’s Larry King that his eight-year-old son Cannon — after watching Obama’s inauguration — “now says that he would like to be black.” To which King noted, “There’s a lot of advantages to being black. Black is in.”  Imagine someone saying, "There are a lot of advantages to being White, White is in."  It would be a racist comment.  King's comment was racist.  When a White person makes a racist comment at the expense of Hispanics or Blacks, you see it quite clearly.  When it's at the expese of Whites you think it is funny, or worse yet, a wise comment.  King is a blithering idiot.  Junior, he has support in a fellow traveler, the consumate useful idiot, you.

    * The goading by Tom Brokaw, who, during an appearance on MSNBC’s Morning Joe on Inauguration Day, said, “Having been in the South in the 60s and Los Angeles and Watts and northern urban areas, umm, uh, when we were evolving as a country, I’m thinking of all the bigots and the rednecks and all the people that I met along the way, and I’m saying to them, ‘Take this.’”  Tom Brokaw hasn't had a clear centient thought in over fifty years.  Who cares what he thinks?  What happened in Watts?  Brokaw doesn't know.  Whose property were Blacks burning down in 1964?  Whites?  LMAO, they were burning down the property of Blacks.  The were burning out the local merchants, many of them also Black.  When police (White, Black, and Hispanic) showed up those Blacks opened fire on them.  And when those Blacks got return fire, Kronkite, Tom Brokaw and others slandered the police for defending themselves, and trying to stop the destruction.  For thirty years, Tommy boy and local Black activists slandered Whites for not bringing their businesses to Watts, and South Central.  And in 1993, what happened?  Blacks once again went on a rampage, this time joined by the Hispanics that had flooded the area, and burned down what stores the Whites, Koreans, and Blacks had started up in the area.  Tom Brokaw is an illiterate ass.

Brokaw’s comment might have set off the reader who wrote, “There is no doubt in my mind that blacks as well as Mexican-Americans are laughing it up that a black (half-black) president has been elected. Revenge is sweet. It is payback time.”  Yep, which would be the typical response from folks who didn't know any better.  Let me ask you Junior, how are these folks going to respond when their freedoms are gone, our nation is no longer respected around the world in financial circles, we have no military, we have no nuclear weapons, and an axis made up of our enemies comes calling?  When their nappy haired guy has sold them out, along with all the Whites and everyone else in this nation, how is that going to reflect on Blacks?  You see, world events can't be ignored, like the sophomoric antics of a groups of people who won't take ownership of anything.  When our nation comes under attack, you won't be able to say it's Whitey's fault.  Russia, China, the terrorists, they just aren't going to buy into it.  Our media won't be able to rescue you with the paragraphs full of lies that ushered this in.  Civil rights workers won't be able to defend you against our nation's enemies.  They won't be able to defend you when civil rights don't even exist any longer.  And if you think Whitey will be the only one in trouble then, you didn't pay attention on even one day in history class.

Revenge? Payback? African-Americans, Hispanics, and other minorities have been assured that racism is dead and they aren’t being treated as badly as people believe. And now, it seems this isn’t true. As to the “half-black” comment, yes, Obama is biracial, with a white mother and a black father. He identifies with the black half. And many Americans identify with the black half of him, too. When Hillary Clinton supporters tried to destroy Obama during the primaries and played the race card, they didn’t use language intended to attack the white half. They tried to scare off white voters by focusing on the black half.  I don't recall Hillary reminding folks Obama was Black, don't vote for him because he is.  What a week to give up airplane glue huh bud.

Still, there are white Americans who seem to be feeling a little out of sorts, and they haven’t forgotten Obama’s biracial background. One reader wrote: “You liberals continue your assault on white males, but our culture will continue to dominate America because it is superior. Obama is proof of that. His black father abandoned him and he was raised by whites.”  And one reader wrote, "Whites have had 232 years to ruin this nation.  Now it's our turn."  Kindof informative, don't you think?

How sad. People are letting their insecurities get the best of them. This isn’t a contest. And it isn’t a zero-sum game. This is still a magnificent country where opportunities abound for people of all colors. The fact that Americans just elected Barack Obama president says more about our capacity to knock down walls than our tendency to erect new ones.  Speaking of knocking down walls, the Republicans just made Steele the leader of the RNC.  I haven't seen one positive comment about that in the MSM.  Care to reflect on that?  Evidently erecting new walls is easier than you thought.

Let’s keep that in mind, keep our wits about us, and maintain our civility.  Would that be the civility exhibited by MoveOn.org, Democrat Underground, the Daily KOS, and the Huffington Report over the last eight years?  Or would it be the civility exhibited by Senator Reid or House Speaker Nancy Pelosi?  Better yet, would it be the civility exhibited by Barack Obama as he insulted Bush countless times in his speaches, his inaugural address and on his new White House web sight?

Junior, you blowhards sure talk a good game when facts, history, and reality are not to be considered.

After the Watts riots in the 60’s, the police tried placing all black police in the area. They were tougher on the citizens than the white police. People hated them. They just don’t want any police.

Just no pleasing some people. They would like the state of "no police" even less -- because that would mean that the private citizens of the surrounding areas would have to deal with Watts.

The article is well written, says a LOT of sensible, NOBLE things. Whether you AGREE or DISAGREE is IRRELEVANT. The ENTIRE article CLOUDS the CORE issue.

OBAMA is GROWING Government. Although it's currently gargantuan, he wants to make it astronomically larger.. which in turn WILL make society MUCH MORE Government DEPENDENT and CONTROLLED.

That's a BAD road to be traveling... BUT, it looks like we're moving in that direction. If so... TROUBLE ahead. You can see it comin'.
