I remember this delightful elderly white woman who, after Barack Obama won the Democratic nomination, looked into the television camera and told America that she would never vote for him because “he’d only take care of the blacks.” Now that Obama has been elected, I’m picking up on self-pity, worry, paranoia, resentment, and victimhood among some white Americans, especially thin-skinned white males.
These folks need to chill out...

The problem with Obama isn’t the color of his skin, it’s the content of his character.
All you can do is laugh at their attempt at yet another form of racism. Most don’t care what color Obama is; they just don’t like him. Of course, it’s nothing like the demented and sick behavior of those that don’t like Bush. Now some of those people are really scary.
The only color I saw in the past election was RED COMMUNIST!
Remember back in 2000 the map of America was red and blue, but the democrats were the red color states?
Who changed the GOP to red? We aren’t red. Blue is considered a cool color and socialists are NOT COOL!
So this column fits his agenda perfectly. A non-white is president, so whites are supposed to completely overlook the issue of whether he's doing a good job. Instead, we're just supposed to celebrate the fact that a non-white is in command. Wow, a “barrier” fell, isn't that awesome! Who cares if he's corrupt, socialist, and an appeaser of our enemies? Any disagreement with Obama means we're “racist”. Any opposition to race-based Obama policies (such as cutting whites off from participation in construction projects) is “ultra-racist”.
Expect this to be the template for the next four years.

He plans on putting terrorists into locations on USA soil. I say “how about in the Rose Garden, you jerk”.
He is making decisions like a pinball in a game machine—bouncing off this and that.
He thinks that I should pay for someone else’s health care, when they lived a life of alcohol, drugs, and other bad decisions.
He thinks that Welfare is a right, only encouraging lazy, criminal fools to live life on the dole he provides.
He thinks ACORN should be rewarded for all their efforts in getting illegals registered to vote, destroying the fundamental right this country offers.
He is a marxist—socialist—communist— TAKE YOUR PICK.

But it’s too late. A city can get rid of its guilt by electing a black mayor, but not a country. The country goes down.
Just as a tidbit...can you name one predominately non-black city that ever elected a black mayor, and then later elected a second black mayor. I cannot. Phili, NYC, LA, Chicago, Houston, and Dallas...all elected their black mayor, but have never since.

Understood, but that kind of slogan on a vehicle where I live would only draw out someone who would destroy it when I wasn’t around and I would probably never be able to find them, law enforcement wouldn’t have time to try. Sometimes discretion IS the better part of valor. I need my pickup truck to be in one piece. Now if it comes down to baiting them out of their holes that might be the way to do it.
In NYC, Mayor Dinkins was a disaster. His defining moment came during the Crown Heights Riots, where he reportedly told his police commanders to "show restraint" and "let them vent" as black rioters essentially conducted a pogrom in a Jewish neighborhood.
The impression white New Yorkers gained was that a black mayor was too likely to show favoritism towards blacks, with the result that black thugs would be allowed to run wild.
And this is just the first two weeks.

And there are effective and ineffective ways to conduct warfare. The American colonists taught the British that parading around in the open wearing bright red uniforms was not the best way to fight snipers. Similarly, displaying your colors on your vehicle, which is going to be left unattended for extended periods of time, is not a good idea.
Now, running off a bunch of sticky labels with your slogans, and discretely sticking them where they will be seen and get the enemy upset, is another story...
I will disagree with you on one point. After the Watts riots in the 60’s, the police tried placing all black police in the area. They were tougher on the citizens than the white police. People hated them. They just don’t want any police.
