I wonder what he, Justice Scalia and Justice Thomas know and think about it. They must have heard the same stories and rumors as we have here on FR and I want to believe that their faith and belief in and love for the Constitution is even stronger than ours. As such, what opinion would they have about Obama and his Presidency?

I'm not a lawyer, but I'm wondering about this argument; i.e. the tone of it. Does this kind kind of hectoring, "stamp-foot like a spoiled child and pay attention to me" rhetoric take you very far in front of a bank of judges?
