It's a mild, polite rebuke but still it's a rare occasion when high-profile conservatives go after each other in the media. Bill Bennett says Rush Limbaugh was wrong to hope President Obama crashes and burns: "The locution 'I want him to fail' is not what you say the first week the man's been inaugurated." Bennett also has some surprisingly complimentary things to say about the new president and his attempts at consensus-building.

Bennett in on 1070 AM down here and I find him unlistenable and barely conservative. His show is easily the poorest in this market as far as “insight” and relevance are concerned.

Bill Bennett probably got some casino chips for being a rat. I stopped caring about his comments when he was exposed as being a “degenerate” gambler. The degenerate word came from Joe Pesci in the movie Casino. Bennet is another RINO like Peggy Noonan.
