This is a memo from Speaker Nancy Pelosi to Democratic members sent after the stimulus vote yesterday. Pelosi is apparently panicked at Republicans’ success in uniting against her hyperpartisan actions in shutting them out of the formulation of the stimulus bill and in peeling nearly a dozen Dems off to vote in opposition.
Here is the full text of the memo leaked to HUMAN EVENTS this morning.

The House Republican Leadership put its Members in another politically untenable position yesterday: trying to reclaim the mantle of lower taxes and small government -- at the exact time when economists of every ideological stripe agree that government investments are the only way to get our economy moving again and make us competitive for the long term.
So yesterday, while we are facing the greatest economic crisis in decades, Republican House Members ended up voting unanimously against:

Every time I see Pelosi on the news she has that silly grin.
I believe she thinks she is a star that has to always pose.
She probably grins to her mirror every chance she gets.

What you told him was correct. There is a nice part of the article that made me smile.

1993 - ah to remember that time. The next election brought us the Republican revolution. So I’m upbeat that, indeed, history just might repeat itself.
And Pelosi is trying to pass this hypocritical crap that everyone who votes for the stimulus package being democrats are ‘nonpartisan’ and ‘unifying’, but all the repubs who voted against it is ‘partisan’ and ‘divisive’.
How can the repubs not be the same thing as the dems - non-partisan and unifying? All the for votes were dems - Pelosi trots them out as heroes. All the repubs vote nay - are they not just as heroic?
She’s the queen of hypocrisy. She’s as non-partisan as Chuck Schumer is pro-gun.

You don’t need any Republicans. Democrats have strong majorities in BOTH houses of Congress and they also have the Presidency.
If Democrats want the bill passed, they can vote it in on their own and take ALL the credit for its success.

Liberal woman politicians don’t have to be pretty, which is good for them, cause there aren’t many pretty ones to be found. Most of their male voters suffer from SSAD or are emasculated, psychological eunuchs. With their female voters I think female politician unattractiveness is actually a plus and gives credibility.
That may be true. I think she’s scary looking, but then again, I’m a conservative.
