On December 5, 2008, we said: "Questions have been raised as to whether Chief Justice John Roberts could administer the oath of office to a man who he believes may not be entitled. Chief Justice John G. Roberts will have to KNOW that Barack Hussein Obama II is eligible to 'enter on the execution of his office,' before he administers the Inaugural Oath of Office.'" The Chief Justice of the United States did not make a mistake when he flubbed the oath of office. He did not want to issue the oath to Obama because of his doubts. By failing to issue the oath in exactly the manner prescribed by the Constitution, Roberts deliberately created a constitutional issue that Obama was not duly sworn in as

Barbara Nelson seems to have had a varied career, since the article mentions she was offered a job as a journalist in 1959 but by 1971 she was a teacher who remembers “Dr. Obama” coming to give a presentation about Kenya to the grade 5 class at Punahou. Obama Sr never received a Phd, he left Harvard after receiving an M.A. and Mabel Hefty was the teacher of the grade 5 class when Obama Sr gve his presentation. I will definitely look into claims about her varied career today, since the story has already been debunked with regard to Dr. West being the one who delivered Jr. Highly unusual for an administrator to deliver a baby at night, that job usually goes to whatever intern or resident is handy!
For crying out loud ...
heheh.
Another thread about this ol’ lady with a wonderful all of a sudden memory!

I think it was innocent. He had a Chris Mathews moment and had thrill up his leg and got tongue-teid.
Exactly as I suspected! The flubbed first oaf was intentional. It was no accident that two men at the very top of their field, at the very top of their country, the most powerful country in the world, could not recite 35 words...Also, that there was no Bible during the second oath was no accident.
I found it very troubling that Obama did not use a Bible when he took the oath again later in private.
While I’m not one of those who are now screaming that the oath is not legal since he didn’t use a Bible, I have to wonder why he “chose” not to use one, especially since he “claims” to be a Christian (I believe him to be Muslim, but I digress).
The excuse could hardly be made that a Bible was not available. I’m sure there was one handy, but IF there was not, he has so many eager groupies at his beck and call, one would have quickly scurried to find one had the request been made.
1. Clarification provided by WorldNetDaily in article: “Has newspaper really solved the eligibility question?”. Followup interview with Barbara Nelson states that she did not tell the Buffalo News that Dr. West delivered Obama: “However, Nelson told WND today, “I don’t know in what capacity [West] knew about this particular birth.”

2. A 2008 memorial to Dr. West at the Mamiya Heritage Medical Center web site (currently only available in cached version through MSN) states that he was chief of staff at the Kapiolani Maternity Hospital starting in 1953, later at the Straub Clinic in 1967. This report also confirms that Dr. West was a member of the Outrigger Canoe Club mentioned in the newspaper story.
I’m still researching precisely in what capacity, if any, Dr. West was at Kapi’Olani in 1961.
