that’s exactly what I thought, Barry Soetoro caught Justice Roberts off guard by speaking during his sentence.
These contitutional lawyers if that is really what happen are something else. They get a re-do on the oath; but not anything on eligibilty.
These guys are lying right through their teeth. I wonder what the real reason for the re-do is and why they chose to not care about what seems to be their speciality, the eligibility.
Are they going to pull these things without our knowing?
As Sen. Diane Feinstein says, he took the Presidential Oaf of Office. She probably doesn’t realize how right-on she was.

He was a Constitutional “scholar.” Shouldn’t he have noticed Roberts’ mistake? He touted his teaching experience at U of Chicago constantly the last few years.
