Anyone who says an oath is a technicality is not worth listening to. His word is worthless.

Now let's get Obama to admit error on abortion and be humble enough to change his past policies, and thus exhibit a belief in the importance of human life.

You are dreamer. The most effective tool for Obama to satisfy his left wing ideology and most importantly his left wing lunatic base to give them abortion on demand. Even if absolute miracles happen and Obama becomes fiscally conservative or strong on national defense it is certain there is no miracle that will make him give up on the abortion on demand issue.

That's the undergrad. Most law school classes are graded on a strict curve, and magna cum laude only goes to the top 10 percent of the graduating class.

The list of honors graduates is made public.

Do my tired old bones a favor and cite that for me, so we can all see His Kenyanness so honored, if you please.

And intelligence is not equal to wisdom or demonstrated experience. No one has ever claimed that graduating magna cum laude from HLS means someone has wisdom or demonstrated experience, but you'd be hard-pressed to argue that any HLS graduate with that distinction is not intelligent.

That may be a fair distinction, but Barry WhatsIts has yet to demonstrate even conversational intelligence, let alone expertise with deductive logic or abstract thought capability.

No, he seems to be more either an affirmative action free-pass example, or a Carl Levin-style regurgitator for which he *may* have received a coveted sheepskin.

Being a photostatic copy machine is, unfortunately, all that is required from most Ivy League covens. And given Barry's demonstrations to date, I'd say he's low on toner.

Ending abortion is the only way to bring true change and peace in this country. If he really wants to heal the planet, he will follow the path of repairing our most gaping wound. Stopping the export of our foul culture of death to the Muslim world would create the new global relationship he is longing for.

But if he just wants to be yet another prince for a moment and consign himself to the dustbin of history, he will follow the path set by all the other popularity-seeking princes who have gone before him, who have flamed for a brief instant before fading into nothingness.

It's his choice.

How about Palin/Romney? :)

How about we toss Romney off the bus?

But on topic ... this whole retaking of the oath thing stinks like yesterday's diapers. Personally, I think they're doing it for astrological reasons. Kook to Kook AM listeners would understand! (gimme a break ... it's great radio when you're doing dishes!) Obama is going to be interesting and painful to watch.

In those terms, how would you rate our previous President?

You cannot graduate from law school with a C. Minimum grade for graduation in graduate schools is a B. Probably most students in Law School graduate with A-

Why has not Obama release his undergraduate grades?

The lists on the HLS registrar's website don't go back more than a few years, but honors have always been made public at graduation and at the least everyone who was there at his would know if he were lying. It's not the sort of thing he could get away with.

Being a photostatic copy machine is, unfortunately, all that is required from most Ivy League covens.

Depends on the class. At law school generally the people with the best grades are the ones who are both smart and hard working. Smart students who work reasonably hard also tend to do well. Reasonably intelligent students who work very hard can do well, but they don't always. And less intelligent students almost never do well, no matter how hard they work.

You can graduate from HLS (and most law schools) with a C average, though no one actually does. The average grade is about a B+.

No idea about his undergrad grades. They could show he got into HLS through affirmative action even if he eventually managed to succeed at law school anyway.

My FRiend, you are going to have to excuse both my cynicism and laughter at that statement.

Where are the Obama Columbia University classmates? Where is the doctor that attended his birth in Hawaii?

No, there are more holes in this man's life than in a truck load of Swiss cheese, and resorting to "Surely someone would have noticed" does not apply in his case.

Both of them screwed it up big time. One funny photo shows daughters Sasha and Malia grimacing as the Two Stooges garble the oath.

The Constitution, Art. II, Section I, specifies the words in the oath of office that the President-elect is required to state before entering the execution of the office of President.

There is nothing in the Constitution about the Chief Justice or other administrator of the oath saying the words correctly. If Roberts had recited the words to "Mary had a little lamb", Barry Soetoro still would be required to repeat the 35 words mandated by the U.S. Constitution.

Now, possibly after reviewing his copy of Taking the Presidential Oath of Office for Dummies, Barry, if the MSM witnesses may be believed, has now done so.

Okay, now that he fixed that, could he please prove he really is President by releasing his actual Certificate of Live Birth to provide proof he was born on U.S. soil (since even under the most lax interpretation in which ‘natural born citizen’ = ‘citizen at birth’ that’s the only way he is one)?

For that matter, how about releasing his college and law school transcripts so we can make fun of his grades like people made fun of Bush’s, and complete medical records like every other President in the past generation?
