Now that Obama has signed to get on the payroll (he did it after being sworn in), he is subject to the IRCA Act of 1986 - will they enforce it?
NO ONE is exempt - not even POTUS! You DO NOT have to provide proof until you are are the payroll and Obama is on it now ...
Since POTUS has an additional requirement of natural born citizenship, doesn't he have to provide the proof now?

If he doesn’t comply, then employers recently convicted of employing illegal immigrants (and there have been quite a few) would have automatic grounds for reversal on the basis of 14th Amendment Equal Protection violations.
IF Bama can't comply because his purpose being getting reelected day one, some of those left out might just feed a rumor mill.

MOST federal laws have a boilerplate paragraph that specifically exempts the legislative, executive, and judicial departments from the law.
IRCA of 1986 DOES NOT contain such language. Therefore, ALL federal employees MUST comply by showing various forms of ID that establish eligibility to work in the United States.
Why couldn’t Obama comply?
POTUS has a specific requirement for natural born citizenship status. Therefore, he would have to provide his long-form birth certificate AND NOT the certificate of live birth that he has previously posted on the Internet.

Yes, he had to comply with IRCA (at least they SHOULD have checked), but the position ONLY requires eligibility to work in the United States - which he DOES have ...
And NO. POTUS, OTOH, ALSO has a natural born citizenship requirement. In order to ascertain such, the original birth certificate needs to be examined.
The Hawaii Certificate Of Live Birth (until 1972, I think) could be issued to anyone - even if they were born out of the country.
The original Hawaii BC (if he has one) will state the hospital he was born at and will have the signature of the attending physician ...

Due to the timing snafu that delayed the "oaf" until 12:06 because of the classical music, there was a lapse that made Condi Rice the acting President until Obama completed the "oaf". Thus, Condi Rice is the first black President and first woman President...if only for 6 minutes. The "messiah" probably wants this kept quiet. It would rain on his parade as the "first black President".

He was on it - but NO ONE in the country except POTUS has a natural born citizenship requirement.
So, Obama could show his passport, or driver’s licence, SS Card, etc. to be a Senator.
But, he did not have to show his original birth ceritficate that states exactly what hospital and in what state he was born. The original BC ALSO has the signature of the attending physician.

Unfortunately, that law was never taken seriously, and seldom enforced after passage. So... And that's why we now have 12 to 20 million illegal aliens in the US now, if not more.
