Now steps onto the stage of world history a man apparently quite conscious that the Supreme Law of the United States prevents him from being president of the United States.
For why else would anyone hire lawyers and expend millions of dollars to avoid producing a $12.50 birth certificate to show eligibility under the Constitution? 'Midst the rhythmic chants of a delirious, sycophantic media, inaugural splendor will substitute for simple proof that the United States of America will have a constitutionally legitimate president.
If Obama is not eligible, legally, the United States of America will have no president. A usurper will wield such power as few men have ever held, having no constitutional warrant. However beloved of the media or adored by racialist groupies, and irrespective of public support, Obama will be a tyrant, in the original sense of the word (from the Greek tyrannos meaning one who wields power to which he has no lawful claim). As he sends young soldiers to die, even the appearance of his usurpation of presidential powers will insult their sacrifice and thwart the Constitution they give their all to preserve. Even as he utters the oath hand on Lincoln's Bible he will betray it, not upholding, protecting and defending the Constitution, but subverting it.
The elites insist that we should pretend to be convinced by an exhibition of a "certificate of live birth" via the Internet, lacking the very information the Constitution requires. On the strength of this we are to exercise blind faith and risk the consequences of an unconstitutional usurpation of the presidency?
"Put not your faith in men, but bind them down with the chains of the constitution," Jefferson warned us.

If the demand that the Constitution be followed makes me a kook, so be it.
Frankly though, I think those with no regard for the document are crazy, sowing the seeds of their own destruction.
By the way, you’re missing quite a lot of the point if you think this is primarily just about Obama.
This is about the utter failure of our entire political and legal class to have any regard for their sworn oaths before God.
That is the best damn article I’ve read in a long time. I am sending a copy to the disgraceful SCOTUS.
FTA: The Constitution is fundamental, which in plain English means simply that when not honestly interpreted and enforced, the foundation of the government is removed.
FTA: If the Supreme Law establishing the rules and boundaries of elections and government is abrogated, the legitimacy of the government itself is undermined.
FTA: Like the dog who didn’t bark in the Sherlock Holmes story, the silent complicity of America’s elites, including judges, elected officials and others sworn to uphold the Constitution, reveals to those who are not asleep, or blinded by selfish ambition, that the silver blaze of liberty is being extinguished by the very guardians who ought to be keepers of the flame.
Youself have cannonized the spactacular Presiden and contenanced niether Martin Leuther King or spactacular pshycophants and their consistant vitrolic hatret of the pinicle of loonacy.
OK, you're right, Obama is worthy to tie MLK's shoes. You equate deathcamps with passive resistance?
Obama is a world class communist, MLK was an American.
Ouch...glad you are better.
But they often blow the shiite out of everything when they do. So it will be with this Rocket.
The presidency is immensely powerful.
God is more powerful, though.
And, once roused, the American people are more powerful too.
I “wear” the Constitution proudly. And...By the way, the Constitution isn’t made of tinfoil.
Spinning kooky conspiracy theories is not synonymous with defending the Constitution.
Please answer this question from the article:
...why...would anyone hire lawyers and expend millions of dollars to avoid producing a $12.50 birth certificate to show eligibility under the Constitution?
Not this birther nonsense again!?
What are your sources that Obama spent millions of dollars on this? All campaigns have lawyers on retainer.
Weird how many of you newbies have the exact same talking points as the overt Obama supporters all over the web.
My sources are the attorneys that are engaging your hero Barack's high-priced lawyers.
Obviously not. It isn't clear what MLK envisioned as the political end-state of the contending black and white segments of Southern society, but in order to achieve his dream of black "equality", he and his fellow civil-rights movement leaders would have somehow to counterfeit, i.e. trump, the political advantages within the Southern States accruing to the white majorities. You see the conundrum.
In order to "protect" black citizens' rights, how could white citizens' rights be sustained? But if white rights were nullified by federal action, what would black citizens' rights be worth? Fully protecting black citizens from white ones implied the subjugation of all by the federal government, and the substitution of political influence of black Northern voters and leaders for black Southern citizens' rights as citizens, which would be in the toilet with everyone else's.
But it's impossible to tell, from King's public record, that he ever thought through to the end, the implications of the day-to-day civil rights struggle. He was an intelligent man, so he had to be aware of the theoretical problem of contending rights and the fact that he was invoking, or maybe provoking, a Power to quell a majority for the benefit of a minority.
Obama is a world class communist, MLK was an American.
That's a fair distinction. Obama is a member of an internationalist, elitist, imperial movement in a way that I don't think MLK ever was.
King would see this moment for what it is. He would have been thrilled to see a young Black man being sworn in as President of the United States, but not this Black man.
* * * * *
There's no evidence he's spent a dime on this case.
I’m sure your daily Obama talking points have made that abundantly clear.
Doesn’t matter. He’s got a large team of some of the priciest lawyers in the country, from multiple law firms. I know this for a fact.
I’m sure you realize that Mr. Obama doesn’t pay for these things out of his own pocket in any case.
Whether the lawyers are working pro bono or not the money is being expended on his behalf.
