DUBLIN, OhioColumbus police have charged a former member of Governor Ted Stricklands staff with seven felonies, involving a prostitution ring.
NBC 4s Mike Bowersock GETS RIGHT TO THE POINT Wednesday.
Eric McFadden, who until October of 2007 was head of Stricklands Office of Faith-Based Initiatives, was arrested Wednesday morning in Dublin.
Police said they believe McFadden was Toby, the man they have been looking for during the past two months after busting up a prostitution ring that was operated on Craigs List.
An employee of the OSU School of Nursing and an employee of the Franklin County Children Services was arrested at that time.
McFadden was being charged with seven felonies, including pandering obscenities involving a minor, promoting prostitution and compelling prostitution.
Police said the number of charges could rise to 15.
Police also said McFadden was the go-to guy in Columbus when it came to prostitution.
Police said McFadden was involved in Columbus prostitution for about six years. They claimed he was the guru of Columbus prostitution, writing reviews of their services and advice on how not to get caught.

Revelations that Timothy Geithner failed to pay $34,000 in taxes and employed a housekeeper whose permit to work in the United States had expired are "little hiccups" in the process of confirming President-elect Barack Obama's designee for Treasury Secretary, says Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.
"That's basically what they are," Reid said Tuesday. "I am not concerned at all."
It has to be a Democrat. The article didn’t trash they guy as a Republican!
...so is Strickland going to be using the gay-American defense anytime soon?
I so hope they keep looking deeper into Strickland and find more and more dirt!
So now Strickland know why he’s been having trouble getting his “requests” fulfilled recently.....
And you thought they were just screwing the tax payers....
“guru of Columbus prostitution”
Ahh, the Pimp Czar.
Certainly will never be mentioned in a NBC release!
Ted Strickland had hinted that he wanted to take the OFBI in a different direction, looking to help the poor more than working to strengthen traditional families. He seems to have done so by naming Eric McFadden to head the office. Mr. McFadden has experience with a number of groups that have worked to broaden the Catholic political perspective to include such issues as health care, jobs, the war, hunger, and poverty.
----------------- And here is the "boy scout"..... a True Democrat Hypocrite.

Cool. First Marc Dann, then the wicked witch who checked on Joe the Plumber, and now the pervert.
It wasn’t there before when it was posted here.
They probably got some grief and changed it.
I went to see if I could find someone else who posted this and the DUmmies came through. I guess the writer took some heat and had to add the party affiliation-lol.
Check out this exchange on DU:
-------------
"Governor Ted Strickland is a Democrat."
-------------
"Shhhhhh don't tell anyone, the article didn't mention it.
I imagine the local readers already know what party their governor is from, but I guess chalk one up for the repukes who scream "media bias" whenever a repuke in trouble is identified with his party."
--------------------------
Pretty sad when even DU can see the bias....
Who knows what will come out of the mouth of a man like that.....(ewwwww...chuckle)
When I see that happen, I call the media outlet and ask for the reporter’s editor. And in most cases, they update the stoty.
