Jan. 28, 7:30 p.m.: Bill Ayers: Trudging Toward Freedom (public lecture)
Bill Ayers is a Professor of Education at the University of Illinois at Chicago and has just released the Handbook of Social Justice in Education. He is noted for his work in education reform and also for his controversial history as a founder of the Weather Underground. He will discuss his life and work and their inevitable intersection in the pursuit of social justice.
Jesusland is getting smaller and smaller, as the last election demonstrated we are at the point where the large population centers can determine outcomes irrespective of what are increasingly becoming the simply “bothersome” Jesusland.
I will let the good Lord sort him out after he departs in the mean time how about we give him a taste of the netherworld?
Does anyone still care bump!!!
Where is Moraga?
Politically, heading towards Berkeley, the old money in the area made its transition to the clueless kids. Combined with that we have San Francisco/Berkeley types having taken up residence and turning the place into a bucolic upper East Side type place.
Blonde haired blue eyed people who would never live next to a Black if they could avoid it, but extraordinarily judgmental towards everyone else on a lower socio economic plane.
Geographically Moraga is in Northern California, in Contra Costa County, about 30 miles due East of San Francisco. Accessible by major freeways.
Let’s light a bonfire ok?
Thanks for the location...
Why the @#$%! is this a-hole allowed on an airplane?
Why the @#$%! is this a-hole allowed on an airplane?
...uhh special adviser to the President on educational matters?
YW
Pump it up.
Thanks for the heads-up. That’s about 45 miles North of here. Not sure I can make it. Good luck and Thanks to those who can.
I haven’t been to an outdoor event in quite awhile. It’s a school night too,, hope the media covers those outside.
He has never rehabilitated and never went to prison like his wife.
No, he infiltrated society and spreads his ‘wisdom’ from within, tenured.. and effectively sanctioned by the states that allow him entry.
What a country, huh?
45 miles in the Bay Area is less than an hour drive.
Hate to be blunt but how much is your country worth?
OK I understand that this is Sunday, gonna hit this through mid morning tomorrow and then move on, so to speak.
Time to choose brothers and sistahs, time to choose.
I think putting a regular tail on him and reporting ever move he makes would spook him plenty. No contacts, no threats so he’s got no grounds for a restraining order — just the daily log of a traitor. I think a blog based on this would warrant a bunch of attention and would serve to marginalize him. Since we are talking about a pathologically narcissistic, thoroughly evil magalomaniac, this would be the ultimate revenge short of my original predilection.
Well if the expenditure of money was no object that might be of use, but condidering the fact that he is already an admittedly guilty domestic terrorist it would be hard to sully his name further.
Besides if we can’t turn out at least 100 protesters at this event do you really think we would have the wherewithall to fund a tail?
Additionally I have had some experience regarding this type of operation and the possibility of successful legal action on his part would be high.
A restraining order from a court to cease and desist in such matters is easier to obtain than you might realize, that would cost probably 25k to defend against.
Hate to be blunt but how much is your country worth?

Is there an acid test here now or something? I suspect there will be a pretty good crowd as is. I appreciate your fervor tho.
Ok maybe I was being an asshole, apologize for that.
But I have personally covered as a journalist, nearly every single major Bay Area demonstration starting with the big one in San Fran immediately before and then after the commencement of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
I NEVER saw more than a handful of counter protesters, the ratio between lefties and people like us was at least 75 to 1.
This is a major problem for our side and to assume that lots of people will show up at this little college out in the middle of nowhere is not necessarily accurate.
It has come down to how much pain a group can inflict upon the status quo in order to bring about an address of grievances.
When IM lefties demonstrate in support of something and hit the streets politicians take notice, hell they are afraid of the repercussions for pissing off a large group of constituents.
So as long as we make excuses, and again I did not say you personally were doing that, and don’t put our asses on the line at least a little bit then we will continue to see what has happened continue to happen.
The left has out spent us, out organized us, out gutted us, out strategized us and generally kicked our asses.
I am tired of that, and I think you are too.
Hope this clarifies it, was not trying to be like I apparently came off, my bad.
No apology necessary. He’s a worthy target.. a tenured dissident a$$hat.
I share in your passion and anguish in watching a society implode .. and explode .. and watching as the world shrugs.
Thanks.
he helped provide the materials that blew up his girlfriend - the one who's death he later dismissed with the comment, my parents probably wouldn't have liked her anyway
members of his group murdered two more people in cold blood
Charlie Manson never 'killed' anyone, but he's in jail - so why isn't Ayers?
who said he never killed anybody?
the weather underground killed a number of people including a guard during a botched Brinks armored car robbery attempt and two wannabe Weather Underground bombers who got their wires crossed and were blown up in a NY appartment during the construction of an anti-personnel bomb that was going to be used against a local Army base to be set off at a dance.
these people were hard core, its time they suffered some consequences for their actions.
