This guy does not want to be frogmarched to prison. The thought must be terrifying to him. If he can can take down bambi and a few chicago thugs, he's going to do it to save his own skin. No discovery?

I was listening to Fox Radio while awaiting the Blago presser. The DJ, who was also waiting on the presser announced the date having just come over the wire. I'd previously heard the last couple weeks of January, but I'm sure now it'll run into February.

Discovery will likely occur starting now and into the beginning of the Senate trial. The Senate and Blago's attorneys will have to deal with that through Thomas Fitzgerald. Something which, in itself, could be very interesting (and enlightening).

"Brilliant" and "nuts" aren't mutually exclusive. They're really just two different sides of the same coin.
