Wonder if Blank-O has already started cooperating with Fitz....He hasn’t been indicted yet. Good point. I thought the main reason for Fitz arresting him when he did is so Blago couldn't appoint anyone to the Senate seat.... LOL. We see how that worked out.

Thomas Fitzgerald is a Catholic, but the vast majority of history is from Chicago/Illinois. I see he taught at Kent Law School. My nephew graduated from Kent around 2003-4. I wonder if he has any information. I'll have to ask; it was after Fitzgerald's time. BTW, he was just elected Chief Justice this past May.
