Last night Ed Hale presented the (heretofore, unseen) divorce decree on Plains Radio between Obama's mother and Obama Sr ( her FIRST marriage).
The key bonus in this was the revelation of the specific version of her name in the decree, Stanley Ann D. Obama.
Using this precise name variation ( the abbreviated, initial "D" --instead of 'Dunham', was the cipher that broke open the search), they are claiming to have now located a POE (Port of Entry ) document that Obama's mother provided when she returned to the US with her son--soon after Obama's birth, (allegedly in Kenya).
The POE allegedly includes Obama's birth information/certificate ( British Kenya) as required for entry. Stay tuned for events...see other comments below. -------------------------------------------------- DesertVet Newbie

No secret I've been highly skeptical on this whole ordeal. I'm now beginning to think this could very well lead the way to the smoking gun. Until this document she has only been known as "Dunham", no where in public records has Obama's Mothers name read as it does on this divorce decree. I believe the "D" being abreviated has allowed them to locate her records. This has led them to a "port of entry" birth certificate for Barack Obama. She submitted this POE certificate when she came back to the US, and the fact that there is a POE Certificate...proves that he was indeed born out of the country.
This would mean that Obama has never been through Immigration & Naturalization Services in his life, he became a citizen of Indonesia, and never applied for a U.S. passport. If this is the case, then he's not even a citizen, let alone a natural born citizen.
I'm not 100% certain on my assertion of above take on this document issue, but I think it is HIGHLY plausible. I'm still not ready to dance in the streets by any means yet (Yeah, I'm a tough sell). But I am quite intriguied at the moment. Couldn't say that earlier today.
It seems to me that the PI or LEOs must have access to other web data bases....Do we have any FRs that fit that description?
Last night I found a search engine for port on entries but it only went up to 1959.

I know that Ed is a goofball (for lack of a better term) and to some here, he comes across as a backwoods hick, but I think his intentions are noble. He's an amateur that sees a flicker of history in the making, and somehow, he of all people, ended up behind the wheel. He's dropped er' into second gear and stomped on the pedal. Ya' might say that- 'Ed's cookin' with gas.' Being a passenger is quite a different matter. ;o)
I realize Ed should be placed on probation for some of the things he's done, like; posting that- Obama had aids, only to be dressed down shortly thereafter by his audience, and having to pull the salacious material just a mere 3 hours after posting the same.

IMO to make information like this public is not Hill/Billy’s MO....They use information to get what they want....Remember the FBI files, Burgergate...?

Nah, it will merely set precedent that one American parent = Natural Born regardless of place of birth (which is perfectly acceptable to millions of Americans).
All of those Keizo Obama entries in Ancestry.com are for arrival in the 1920’s and 1930’s.

You are correct in Hill/Billy’s MO. They have very good political instincts. If they openly attack 0bama’s eligibility, they risk alienating a lot of dims, but if they proceed behind the scenes, as it appears they are doing, they can succeed without the risk.
As the ‘de facto’ (not) genealogist in the courthouse in which I work, I know how this type of thing takes time. We have researchers who come to my office, quite often, who have gone through the vital records - birth, death, marriage - and come up empty. Sometimes that tiny bit of information that proves to be ‘the key’, is buried in a court document. It’s that one little thing - that odd spelling, the comment of a witness in the testimony, a date, a place - that unlocks the mystery. And it doesn’t happen right away. It is often just a clue but it leads to the vital piece of information they are looking for in vital records or other court documents. It’s a process.
In the search for Obama’s birth information, it is made more difficult because Ed and company must be careful what information they release. If he gives away too much, then the entire effort might be ruined. It’s really quite interesting to watch. I am not at all surprised at the pace in which it is progressing. I wish them luck - for the sake of our country and our Constitution.

So, let’s not get hysterical and start calling others names simply because they are dubious (and with good reason considering past attempts at the same thing) of the outcome.

OTOH my ancestors were listed under their parents names as Son of NAME.
FOund a list in another port that went to ‘59 last night. That sems to be the rule rather than the exception.....Surely there is a more recent data base available somewhere.
I can’t even find mention of Barack Sr ..but then I am just using the free interface.
When I was doing my own search...the census records were quite helpful but could be exasperating because a family would list the first name..and then another year it would be the middle name they used etc..but it was helpful to see who was living in the house.
And in this case, who is kelly Ann dunham or Scott Dunham.
The guy who did the write up about the social security number being active failed to realize ( and I tried to explain it on FR) that my dead grandmother..who died in the early 90s...still shows up on Intellius with what her age would be today but she is stone cold dead buried in the cemetary.
