A private investigator in Hawaii has uncovered the divorce decree for Barack Obama's father and mother, which indicates they had "one child under the age of eighteen, born in Kenya." That is the report of Ed Hale of PlainsRadio.com, an Internet radio site which has focused upon the natural born Citizen challenges to Obama's presidential eligibility.
Hale announced this during his evening Internet broadcast on PlainsRadio.com, Tuesday, 12/30 and confirmed it with I.O. in an online interview, later that night. He reported that certified copies of this documentation have been sent from Hawaii by the investigator to himself and four others. Hale is to receive his copy today, Wednesday, 12/31 and plans to post it graphically on the site, during the day. He will also discuss this on a special Internet broadcast, between 6 pm and 10 pm Central Time, tonight. The site streams audio as soon as it is accessed via Web browser.

The Texan Internet entrepreneur relates he got fed up with the lack of documentation on Obama and decided to discuss ideas with his radio audience. His offer to hire an investigator was met with piecemeal sums of money from listeners to his broadcasts. Hale said some of the information one would expect to find was not available. For example, documentation from Obama's mother Stanley Ann's divorce to her second husband, Lolo Soetoro, had vanished. Hale speculates, the reason this forthcoming 1964 divorce decree had not also been "scrubbed" could be that the divorce had been filed not by Obama's mother, but by Barack H. Obama, Sr. Thus, it may have been overlooked by any plumbers for Obama.
Hale does admit to incomplete certainty of his investigator's work until he receives it, partially due to the PI's accent, the telephone connection, and his slight hearing impediment. However, he is very confident of what he will receive during the day. Mark S. McGrew, who writes about Obama's natural born Citizen problems for Pravda.ru, accompanied Hale in his broadcast and also expressed confidence. McGrew had sought publication in numerous American news outlets, but they turned down his articles referring to Obama's apparent ineligibility. Russia's Pravda however, decided his effort to find and report the truth was not to be redlined.
As often related, Barack Obama, due simply to his U.K. citizenship at birth via his Kenyan father, is not a natural born Citizen of America, by definition and the original intent of that term. The Supreme Court has turned down cases which make this point, but according to a September decision in a lower federal court (regarding John McCain's eligibility problem), this would be due to a question of jurisdiction, until Congress is to certify the Electoral College vote on January 8. Further action is to occur, after this date. You may read about this in previous I.O. articles and the sites linked in its sidebar.
Meanwhile, on the question of Obama's place of birth, professionals dealing with documents and forensic evidence have testified that the online "certificate of live birth" provided by Obama is not identifiable evidence of American birth. Now, if Obama's parents' divorce decree states that he was born in Kenya (as his Kenyan grandmother has repeatedly stated), the second epistemological wheel is coming off his vehicle to the White House.

Berg says, in his court filings, that the problem here is that there is no law to enforce what the Constitution says. Now..., that’s what Berg, himself says, right in the court documents — addressed to the court — as a “rationale” for why they have to intervene.
So, I would say that this is true... and that’s definitely a big part of the problem...

The problem here is that the anti-Obama crowd that latches onto these allegations and spurious pieces of information and who have no proof of anything, only a lot of speculation on the subject — is that — they are willing to “believe just about anything” — as long as it’s “anti-Obama.”
For myself, I would rather find a really solid way to deal with Obama and I would really and seriously question anything that comes through on this issue — because so much if it isn’t getting anywhere.
And that’s precisely why I think we need those state laws, just like Berg says is the problem...

My biggest gripe with the birth certificate is that every on this board has had to present theirs to be considered to drive,go to school or get a job. Why is the (potential)President of the US not being held to that same standard as us peons. He will have the NUKE CODES.
Great stuff here and there are several answers.
The first that comes to mind is the white guilt thing that the entire election has been about. Axelrod very slickly and early on made the election about race. First to take out Hillary and then later to neutralize us.It worked.
The old mantra that you can't expect anything from a Democrat--they are so entitled-- was also in play and they have used it to bring on their finest hour.
In addition the DBM has played ever so important a part. At any time in this fiasco if they (or our not so blessed talk radio) had got on board and demanded that he prove who the hell he is, his history, where he came from etc. and a zillion other questions, the shit would have hit the fan.
Neither one did so here we are.

I really don’t know... Perhaps he’s “deep-cover” for Hillary Clinton, just to keep Obama in fits... maybe... :-)
The other angle (which I would hate to think is true) is that he’s part of the “Dark Socratic methodology” and he’s just doing this to distract a lot of conservatives, to keep them wrapped up in this and away from what else Obama is doing. I don’t know whether Berg has been duped in this or is part of it. I just can’t tell...

Well..., I don’t know if Ed Hale is going to “churn” this issue as Chief Editor Korir did with the Michelle Obama tape. That guy (Korir) really knew how to keep people going and going and going. He did it for two months and did not stop until a few days back. It was amazing.
Now, I hope Ed Hale is not like this. I suspect that there are not too many people like Chief Editor Korir. However, Ed Hale was involved in that fiasco, even if for a short while (when he said he had a contract to air the tape on his show).
Maybe someone is “taking Ed for a ride” — just like Chief Editor Korir did to him. Who knows...

Update 1/1/2009, 3:36am CT - In his 7:45pm Plains Radio broadcast, this last night, Ed Hale backed down from his prior assertion of having gained even uncertain information about the Barack Sr. / Stanley Ann divorce decree containing language referring to Barack Jr. as being born in Kenya. Instead, Hale referred to an apparently tricky recollection... of an indeterminate person... referring to such a document’s generally referring to the place of birth of the children of the divorced parents. That is not what I heard from Mr. Hale on the 31st.
Two people reported during the broadcast that they had contacted Hale’s private investigator yesterday, who indicated he did not thoroughly read the documentation and does not know how it addresses Barack Obama Jr. — nor did he make a copy for himself. It would appear that Hale will receive a valid copy of this decree, probably Friday, 1/2. What it states will be what it states. He promises to post and report, as described below.

If there was anything incriminating, it’s hard to imagine that not having already been conducted electronically.
But at the least Hale can regain points on integrity if he does put out a certified copy of whatever arrives.

The connections are the Obama birth certificate issue (qualification issue), being born in Kenya, Chief Editor Korir saying that Michelle Obama called him and told him that Obama was born in Kenya, Berg became Korir’s lawyer here, Ed Hale thought he had a contract to air the tape on his show (kinda like what is going on now), Ed Hale got mad at Korir, when Korir said he was going to Fox News, Ed Hale finally dropped out and didn’t pursue it any more, Berg has fallen silent on representing Korir, the chief editor eventually said that he turned the tape over to Obama (and/or his team), Korir shut off all the previous press releases where he said all that was going on with Berg, with Fox News, with Ed Hale and with Obama, Korir then set up a new blog, separate from his API, but linked to it and uses his name on it (along with the copyright info for API), and on that site shows the reason why he perpetrated the hoax on people — basically because they’re so stupid for believing such a thing that they should be punished for it...
That’s the connection here with Ed Hale, with Berg and with a hoax about Obama and the birth in Kenya...
It’s starting to sound like Ed Hale is following the same pathway that Chief Editor Korir followed when one delay after another happened. So he invented for the first time in history, a reverse Socratic method, and all this stuff - Berg, Hale and the African tapes - are all his mind game. ?
He describes this thing on the last video. “Stupid people should be punished”. And I would assume that among “stupid people” he includes anyone who believes in God. It is clear by watching this video that this guy - whoever he is - is a demoniac, narcisstic psychopath who wants to cause harm. He’s talking about feeding into peoples’ stupidity - and wanting to hurt them, up to and including physical harm. He talks about anti-vaccine people, people who think the world is going to end in 2012, and fooling them by impoverishing them and causing them illness. He doesn’t mention 0bama, Hale or anything related. He uses foul language and is obviously a very evil young man.
I don’t see any evidence that he is this Korir fellow but what do I know. He mentions that he is in college and he looks to be in his early 20s.

No, first of all this guy in the tape is not Chief Editor Korir. For those who were following the story (over at API) Chief Editor Korir was identified and he admitted to his identification on the website, as being from Kenya and having this “news site” and living in Norway (I believe it was Norway, but I would have to check) at the time.
He has several reporters who report on African news, and all of a sudden he came up with this story about Michelle Obama calling and saying that Obama was born in Kenya. Well, that’s right up Chief Editor Korir’s alley.
And by the way, the “ole chief’ is apparently married, has children and was (for a time) a diplomat for Kenya, but got into some hot water and also (apparently) has an arrest warrant for him in Kenya... LOL...
He had a picture of himself, on the news website (for African news) and he had to admit to some of these troubles because others dug it out, when investigating him (and especially after this Michelle Obama tape).
Now, this other guy is simply someone who conveys the “message” of what the Dark Socratic methodology is. If I or others said, simply, its name, it wouldn’t mean anything. I wouldn’t figure it out and most everyone else wouldn’t figure it out. So, what Chief Editor Korir was doing is giving people *what* the Dark Socratic Methodology is — and explaining why he (apparently) gave the “Michelle Obama tape” back to Obama (as if there ever was one) — and then referred everyone over to the “Dark Socratic methodology” (explained by someone else) ... LOL...
On his other message, and on his group discussions, which he had in some chat rooms with others that frequented his news site, he admitted what he was doing (according to the blogs and other viewers who were trying to dig out what his hoax was). And that’s when he referred people over to that video. It’s an “explanation” and then he shut down everything and dropped the whole hoax...
Now, it remains to be seen if Ed Hale decides to do the same thing or not. If there one problem and then a delay and then another reason and then another reason — then we’ll know that Ed Hale has taken lessons from Chief Editor Korir... :-)

It was an absolutely magnificent mind game, if I’ve ever seen one... LOL.. I’ve seen others who have played along with the “Nigerian 419 Scam” game, too — and it’s absolutely hilarious. You get some Nigerian scammer, and you play along with him, trying to comply with his demands for money and the delays that he’s encountered and you do a “419 scam” on him, instead. I’ve seen those and they will absolutely crack you up.
Well, this Chief Editor Korir, really played this one to the hilt, with hundreds and hundreds of viewers going right along with him, trying to help him get the tapes to Fox News and Berg signed on as his lawyer and Ed Hale was clamoring for releasing the tape on his show.
I saw some others comment that they’ve never seen a finer “player” of this game than Chief Editor Korir... LOL..
I wouldn’t doubt, either, that he’s associated with the Obamites — and that this is *precisely* the strategy of the Obamites to derail a lot of the conservatives, just like Chief Editor Korir did...

Yes, I would agree for the most part. He is an evil-minded person, in what he says about God and those who believe in God. However, the “methodology” isn’t *only* for those who believe in God — you see, he’s basically saying that his ideas are all “logical” and those others’ ideas are all illogical. So, since he can’t “prove it to them” — he will “punish them” instead.
Therefore, what we see here is a basic “methodology” in which you can apply that to anyone (whether they believe in God or not). And here — it’s applied in the “polltical sphere” in getting people to believe in some outlandish ideas and then — “slam them down” at the very end — by producing the evidence that shows that they’ve been *fooled* all along. Hence that’s the “punishing” them.
And here is where I can see that Obamites have created this “issue” that they will use to later *slam down hard* all the conservatives that have harped on this issue — when they produce the hard evidence to show that they’ve all been fools from the beginning.
How do you “create this” in the first place — basically by “hiding” what you do have — but you make it seem that you don’t have it. And then when you’ve played the game long enough — and got a lot of “political capital” out of it — you “slam them down” and pull out your documentation that you’ve had all along... LOL..

No, this guy in the video is not Chief Editor Korir. Korir is a Kenyan, a black guy and is short and stubby and sorta fat. I think (if I remember right), that Chief Editor Korir *also* said that he is related to the Obama family... now that’s a hoot...
The guy in the video is simply explaining what is meant by the Dark Socratic methodology, that’s all. Chief Editor Korir (a different guy, from Kenya) is pointing to this to explain that this is what he is doing...
Whether this document makes reference to Obama or not, a divorce decree is information that is potentially publicly available. But its existance is clear. The tapes were nothing more than a bad supposition.
It is a lead that should be pursued through more ethically
serious and secure channels. If Hale’s PI can’t finish the job, someone else no doubt will.

Jimmy Korir is not the student in the video. But, I’m sure, by now, you’ve read my other post on it. I was typing it up (I guess) when you asked this.
So, you should know that they are not the same and that Chief Editor Korir is *still* someone who has a African News site and lives in Norway and have several correspondents in Africa, reporting on the news there.
In addition to that, he has been reported, in the past to be a scammer, wanted in Kenya on an arrest warrant and also a former Diplomat from Kenya. He disputes some of that, but agrees with other parts. So, it’s questionable. But, he has been around for a while (in the past) and has a traceable history.
The guy on the video is just some “no-name” and definitely could be described as a psychopath (if atheists are psychopaths and certainly ones that want to “punish stupid people”)...
