Wonderful.... I had a quiet one too. We are entering a cold spell. It is -5 right now. Supposed to stay cold for a week or so.

I think after that cold front leaves you it’ll hit us again.
People here were panicking and we had lots of associates call in,in the week we had snow and ice.
It made our store almost like a ghost town.

I am jealous that you got to spend so much time there. We
were there for 3 years and our son...who is now in the
Air Force himself, was born over there. He would love to
be stationed there, but hasn’t had the opportunity yet.
It has many, many wonderful memories for us!

Yes, we were very close because we had no one else to
celebrate holidays with, but were lonely to see the ones
back home, too.
We had to make an emergency trip back home about 3 weeks
before our 1st Christmas over there to see my mom for the
last time and to attend her funeral. :D Sort of put a damper
on everything after that.
It was very hard to say goodbye to my Dad and fly off to finish
the rest of our tour. He did come to visit us, and that helped some.
