NEW ORLEANS -- A same-sex couple in California has won a federal court ruling that their adopted son's Louisiana birth certificate must bear the names of both adoptive fathers.
The facts are so clear that no trial is needed, U.S. District Judge Jay Zainey wrote.
"What a great Christmas present for these guys!" said Kenneth D. Upton Jr. who represented Oren Adar and Mickey Ray Smith of San Diego.
In his ruling Monday, Zainey said Louisiana's Office of Vital Records must give full faith and credit to the New York State court in which Adar and Smith adopted the boy, he ruled Monday. The office had refused to issue a birth certificate listing both as the boy's legal parents.

Adar also said the family often travels, and because the boy is black and they are white, an airline worker once stopped them, thinking they were kidnapping the child. “Every time we fly, we fear this could happen again,” he wrote.
Funny how the gays just want to be ‘accepted’ but insist on twisting the very foundations of our culture.

It isn't just FR handles and liberals.
Actually the facts state that about one third of all child molestations is same sex. Yet homosexuals are at most 2% of the population. Face it, child molesting is much more prevalent among homosexuals. And kids raised in homosexual households have many problems. The idea that there aren’t enough married couples to adopt children is not true; married couples often wait for years and years trying to adopt.
The very last thing any child needs is to grow up in a household of homosexuals.
This is not only stupid but a travesty to the child. Birth certificates should have the biological birth parents on it not some patronage to faggotry.
A birth certificate records the biological parents. This is a big step with the gay community allowing them to present themselves as if they are the biological parents. It’s all about subverting language and the accepted use for words. They are very good and doing this and at finding the judges that will aid them.
I’m still not sure how I feel about gay adoption. but, I do know that to pretend that men can have children with men or women with women is truly perverse.
Do some research, these kids are not happy.

I know for a fact in my state, there is a quota for adoption by homosexuals. If that quota is not met, no natural family or couple can adopt until it is. What the courts and legislators are doing to the young in our country is a disgrace to say the very least! At most it turns out to be neglect and abuse.
Making the rest of the states recognize homosexual 'marriage' should be fairly easy with this ruling on the books.

I don't care how "out" gays are in our culture....they are not normal, and their numbers will never increase no matter how hard they try...they will succeed in confusing and perverting many people however....and they could care less about it....
I have gays in the family and I love them.....thankfully,none of them has chosen to become pretend mommies.....
