His new New Deal also guarantees a "living wage," with a $10 minimum wage indexed to inflation; and "fair trade" and "fair labor practices," with breaks for "patriot employers" who cow-tow to unions, and sticks for "nonpatriot" companies that don't.

There are too many problems with the whole article or even with just this one sentence to cover them all. By setting the minimum wage at $10, he will price some workers out of a job and force rapid inflation to bring the purchasing power of that $10 down to the market value of the work done by minimum wage workers. Indexing the minimum wage to inflation will prevent the market from correcting for Obama's artificially high wages, leading to stagflation - econgomic stagnation with high inflation. Once you add in forced unionization, the economy will die along with freedom, and we're still nowhere near done with the evil and stupid ideas in the single sentence I quoted.

It will take a miracle from God for our country to survive Obama. [Governor Palin?]

Both mean exactly the same thiing, socialism. The republcan party must reject all forms of socialism regardless of who the presenter happens to be.

And we should not pretend that any in our party who advocate for socialism are welcome in the party.

If taxes are low, governmental intervention minimal, then busineees grow, employ people and create wealth (GDP) and via the recycled tax dollars of expansion and increased productivity, charitable programs are funded.

The Leftist wants to tear down independent wealth and replace it with a false collectivism, when in fact it is a way to consolidate power into fewer hands (see the former USSR, North Korea, Cuba, Cambodia, Venezuela, China).

Most of them are freeloaders and think the world owes them a living. We on the other hand are responsible and work our buts off paying the bills for everything. So it seems if we want Obamas sort of change, what we real Americans should do is just get on the handout bandwagon and force the economy into a total meltdown. Just remember this, tough responsible people that work hard and plan well for tomorrow always come out on top, that's a fact of life.
I personally am about ready to just take a part-time job (and food stamps if necessary)to just make ends meet and live poor for the next couple of years. If we were all willing to try this we could starve these socialist parasites of tax money and bring them to submission. I can tell you now that most of the Obama supporters will not be willing to work as we real Americans do. It has not been programed into them by the failing school systems and other socialist propagandist.

I think the only recourse for us in the US is to promote this socialism as much as we can so that what happened in the Soviet Union occurs here - the whole economy comes crashing down.
