SCOTUS needs to put out a clear and concise statement as to why they are doing this. If the people of this country have questions, by the millions, they deserve an answer. Either that or forget our Constitution and the laws.

They go out of their way to make up law in Roe v. Wade that divides the nation for decades, yet they won’t get involved in a basic Constitutional question that goes to the very nature of Presidential eligibility.
The latter of which takes little more than a prove up of a birth certificate.
The mere fact they won’t consider this is further proof we are governed by elitists who don’t give a rat’s ass about anyone except themselves. Cowards all.

As disappointing as it may be, Barry O is a United States citizen, he was born in Hawaii and his mother is American and lived in America when she birthed him. That makes him a US citizen.... Please stop wasting your braincells on this dry well of a non-story.
If there was even a hint of a possibility that Barry O wasn’t qualified because of a citizenship question, it would have been looked at by the Justices. It hasn’t been and it won’t be and you can huff, you can puff and you can blow all you want, but you won’t bring down the ‘House of Obama’ by pursuing this ‘red herring’.
