If there was even a hint of a possibility that Barry O wasn’t qualified because of a citizenship question, it would have been looked at by the Justices. Well, probably something like, you should have had a law that specified the “vetting process” and required a candidate to verify his qualification under the Constitution before putting him on the ballot and before he won the election...

And so..., that brings up what people should do, who are concerned about this kind of issue. Put state laws on the books that vet candidate or else they cannot be legally placed on the ballot.

and we all know that government officials would NEVER lie, don't we? This is "the document" that is being kept under lock and key, and has never been produced in a court of law. Under those circumstances (along with all the other reords being concealed by this fraud) a healthy skepticism is justified, whether the court hears one of the cases or not.

And from a legal point of view, Berg's case was dismissed based on lack of standing, not because of an adjudication on the merits of the case. For all we know, the SCOTUS denied cert because they dont see a basis to disturb that decision based on standing. we'll have to wait to see if Keyes' cases has a different outcome.

The closest analogy that I can make is no power, low on airspeed and altitude and to much bottom rudder on your low slow flat turn to finals. You know what will happen and where it will happen.

If he really is not legally qualified (I do not think he is) and it is discovered while he is president it will tear this nation apart. It will be ugly.

It might even destroy the Democrat and Republican parties. If it happens it will be worth the turmoil and violence and death that will occur. It might save our constitution and nation of which both are in great danger.
