FLINT, Michigan -- With 10 kids and no vehicle, Latrica Ryan is used to juggling.
Going to a movie or out for dinner is a like plotting a major tactical undertaking. Not that such outings happen that much.
"It would really be nice if I could take my kids where they needed to go, instead of having to find them a ride," Ryan said. "And when we do go somewhere, I have to pay four or five people (for gas) to get us all there.
"I have booster seats and car seats. It's a lot."
Ryan, is a 29-year-old single stay-at-home mother of five sons and five daughters, who range in age from 2 months to 13 years.

Wow! Maybe Obama will bail her out and buy her a van, and pay her mortgage, heating bills, groceries, and oh yeah college tuition....etc. Wait a minute, I am being soooo selfish because I don’t want to pay higher taxes to support this abstinence challenged woman and her kids.
There's a definite question as to whether this is enabling the mother or is providing some stabilty for the children, or both. I volunteered at a program that was publicly funded and assisted low-income families (it actually targeted abused and neglected kids, but the mothers weren't told that), but it was actually designed to teach parenting/life skills and responsibility, while we cared for the children--to help to clean them up and get them some solid enrichment time.
I'm wondering if FACED looks much at the long-term...it seems they do, from their description, but it doesn't seem to sink in to Miss Ryan, who looks at them as a taxi and financial service.
Yeah its obvious with them, the family traits run deep.
The names don’t cause social maladjustment.

Ahem - her feral sexual behavior brings in welfare checks every month, so it is indeed rewarded. Probably Section 8 housing, some kind of free medical care, WIC food, Food Stamps, etc. She is quite rewarded.
