A FRENZIED lynch mob tried to kill sole surviving Mumbai terrorist Azam Kasav, dramatic new video footage revealed yesterday.
Baby-faced Kasav, 21, was caught with another gunman after a Skoda they had hijacked was halted at a road block.
Armed cops opened up on the car, killing Kasav’s comrade instantly. A passer-by captured the unfolding scene on video using his mobile.
It shows cops suddenly realising blood-spattered Kasav – with a bullet-wound to his hand – had been playing dead.
He is seen crouching in a ball on the ground as two vengeful policemen lay into him, smashing wooden staves on his back. Passers-by then join in the beating, raining punches and kicks on the killer. The attack is so ferocious it appears Kasav will die.
But senior cops finally step in to save him – the only survivor of the ten-strong terror gang which left at least 174 dead and 330 wounded.

The maniac had killed dozens of innocents himself when he sprayed bullets with a sub-machine gun around Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji rail terminus. He and his accomplice were intercepted by a police 4x4 as they fled the scene. But they opened up on the vehicle, killing Mumbai’s anti-terror squad chief Hemant Karkare and two colleagues.
The pair then snatched Karkare’s vehicle before switching to the Skoda when the police car’s tyres were shot out by cops in pursuit.
The Pakistani militant – who faces the death penalty – was being interrogated by Indian police and intelligence officers last night.
He has told them he is proud of his part in the killing spree. And Kasav has revealed how the attack was meticulously planned six months ago with the intention of killing 5,000. He and his murderous pals posed as students during a visit to Mumbai a month ago, making reconnaissance videos of target locations.
Kasav says they planned to blow up the iconic Taj Mahal hotel after executing any Westerners they could find. And he has told how his terror bosses in Pakistan – linked to al-Qaeda – briefed the group to specifically target whites, preferably Americans and British.
Kasav says his masters’ orders were to “kill to the last breath”.
Indian troops shot the last of the gunmen still at large at the Taj early on Saturday. The building remained sealed yesterday as bodies were removed. Most victims were Indians, but at least 22 foreigners died including wealthy British entrepreneur Andreas Liveras, 73, and expat Brit Dr Michael Moss, also 73, who had worked in Canada for 37 years.
Fingerprints and DNA samples have been taken from the bodies of the dead terrorists and handed to British Intelligence. Police sources in Mumbai said checks were continuing into claims two of the killers were from the Leeds or Bradford area.
But Britain’s Foreign Office has stressed no evidence of a link has been established.

I think the movie sequel already took care of that. What a freakin chick flick.
Captured terrorists should never be killed right away. They should be interrogated and tortured first, then injected with liquified pig fat and pushed out of the open door of a helicopter at 10,000 ft.

No the helicopter trip is too expensive. Fire up 5 weather balloons all tethered together; wrap the terrorist up in warm clothes; duct tape him to the tether; release. He will have plenty of time to think as the balloons head to 50,000 feet or more before they pop.
Indian police openly use an interrogation technique they call “narco analysis”, which is to dope-up the suspect for questioning. Torture is also accepted in obvious circumstances such as this.
Good for India.

Supposedly there were other terrorists who escaped. The bright side is that the Indians are not adverse to torture in cases like this. Hopefully they are twisting his nads as we speak and squeezing every last bit of information out of him before they announce that he has suddenly succumbed to his wounds.
I say give him to the crowd. Good riddance!
