So Barry thinks that CEO's have been greedy and lived in excess? This guy wants to tell others that they need to lead by example and "be fair"?

Besides the blatant hipocrocy, I wonder if guys who mined this precious metal for his worshipness get union wages, get employer provided health insurance and regular coffee breaks down in the mines of South Africa?

Is this his idea of spreading the wealth?

Nothing like leading by example. What a putz.

This is just the way he is saying "honey, I am not eligible to be president. I have been found out. Please forgive me."

As the Birth Certificate scandal grows bigger and bigger....

For 20,000 pounds you’d think he could at least get an attractive ring for her. It’s awful.

I, personally, think its tacky. I’m sure he can afford it and i’m sure michelle thinks she deserves it and maybe she does. But....considering the economy and the fact that he has just been elected president, i would have lived as frugally as possible during my time in office as a show of solidarity with the average working man.

Kobe Bryant’s wife got a much nicer ring for Kobe’s fooling around. BTW, whatever happen to that woman with whom Obama alledgedly had an affair?

Rhodium was at over $10,000 a year or so ago, now it is at around $1,000 and was as low as $300 5 years ago. Looks like Obama doesn’t know too much about the market.

Just a few hours ago it was $30,000. This ring is like Obama’s rich...gets lower and lower by the minute. $10,000 by morning?

That's one ugly looking ring, IMHO. Must be made to go with the dress she had on at his election night speech....

Well, how simply sweet. I am sure that all those liberals out there trying to make ends meet agree with this waste of $40,000 bucks on a ring for his loud mouthed wife. /heavy sarcasm still ON!

This is absolutely wallowing in self glory. We have so many problems with money right now in America and this knee jerk is out buying $20,000 bracelets for his wife.

I really have to wonder if people that voted for him are at least secretly having second thoughts. He has promised them so much. I don’t think I would be proud to call him President if he was out spending money while I am worrying about if I even have a home.

This is her reward, no doubt, for staying under cover during the election. This broad had a huge unpopularity rating.
I’ve dated a few black women in my time and they do seem to come across to many as arrogant, except when you’re alone with them.

He might want to reconsider:

“Rhodium compounds can strongly stain human skin.”

according to Wikipedia.
