Can someone please put all the problems of obama's birth certificate into one paragraph, so that I can actually use it? I do not want a catchy phrase, but instead a reasoned arguement. Thank you.

Inclined to agree: not a very likely scenerio of anything happening before December 15th.

I may be incorrect, but I seriously doubt any of them had a “Birth Certificate”.

The documentation of births is a practice widely held through out human civilization especially in China, Egypt, Greece, Rome, and Persia. The original purpose of birth registration was for tax purposes and for the determination of available military manpower. Births were initially registered with churches, who maintained registers of births. This practice continued into the 19th century.[1] The compulsory registration of births with governmental agencies is a practice that originated in the United Kingdom in 1853. [1]

Most countries have statutes and laws that regulate the registration of births. In all countries, it is the responsibility of the mother’s physician, midwife, hospital administrator, or the parents of the child to see that the birth is properly registered with the appropriate government agency.

The actual record of birth is stored with a government agency. That agency will issue certified copies or representations of the original birth record upon request, which can be used to apply for government benefits, such as passports. The certification is signed and/or sealed by the registrar or other custodian of birth records, who is commissioned by the governmen

Obama went to Pakistan at a time when you couldn’t go to Pakistan on an American passport. Obama was adopted in Indonesia and Indonesia doesn’t allow dual citizenship. Obama’s relative in Kenya say he was born there. Obama has spent more than $800,000 employing a team of lawyers to prevent showing a $10 birth certificate. Hawaii allowed foreign born individuals to get a Hawaiian birth certificate at that time. The Hawaiian officials did not say Obama was born in Hawaii, they only said they had his birth certificate on record and that birth certificate has strangely been sealed by the Hawaiian Governor.

Summary: The Left spent the last 8 years telling every single lie they could think of about GW Bush because they do not believe that they should have to be subject to a President they didn't vote for.

All Obama-Soros has to do to resolve this controversy is hand his birth certificate over to the FBI and ask them to authenticate it.

obama has never publically established that he meets the citizenship requirement to be POTUS as set forth in the US Constitution. This fact has generated a large amount of curiosity by individuals who have researched, analyzed, and brought lawsuits to clear up this issue. Sure, he has provided no physical birth certificate. His campaign provided and endorsed a digital birth certificate purportedly printed by the Health Department of Hawaii in June 2007 and released by KoS. The certificate provided was a forgery.

On Dec 1 the Supreme Court will evaluate whether they will ask for a proof of Obama being a natural born US citizen. On Dec 5, they will make their decision.

Limbaugh doesn’t waste his time on kook stuff. Of course you’ve got to wonder why Obama won’t let us see the dang thing, but this is a fringe theory until hard evidence is produced. I hope that day comes, but I’m not betting the ranch on it.

Don't forget all the work Dr. Polarik has done on the certificate. He even showed that the embossed seal could be photoshopped. Look at this picture of the "photograph" of the certificate. Tell me that the typeface is not too clear for a photograph. And the edge of the letters are so badly done that the pixels aren't even near. That's because you are matching an insertion over a digital photograph.

I don’t blame him on this one, that would be a career breaker for him. Could you imagine Rush being involved in a Dan Rather style scandal? That’s how it would be portrayed against Rush for simply covering the story, unlike Rather who had fake documents on hand.

I still wonder if this whole story is bait for conservative radio, so they can use it to enforce the fairness doctrine.

It is somewhat curious that he has spent a very large sum to fight something as simple as producing the necessary documentation. Some have reported that sum to be in the rather pricey neighborhood of $800,000, though I don’t know the correct amount. Why spend money you don’t have to spend?

All the arguements and speculation aside, Obama could clear up any questions by presenting the legitimate Hawaiian vault document to authorities. If fact, he has offered forgeries. He has stated that he has a copy. Yet he has spent close to $1 million to hide the original information. He maintains secrecy over other records as well. The Constitution requires little from presidential candidates. But proof of elegibility is determined primarily by starting at the original birth documentation. That is what is required. Without that, he will forever be perceived as a fraud.

The most cogent read on it won't fit in one paragraph. Google Allen Keyes and find the PDF file on his filing. From about line 63 on down he puts forth several reasons that make the exposure of the original BC important. The LEAST believable explanation for BHO is the one he gives. There are questions about whether his mother was married, whether she lost her citizenship, questions about dual citizenship, more on him being an Indonesian and later becoming an American. When she married the husband in Indonesia, it is probable that he became an Indonesian and cannot be American unless he was naturalized. Also, the BC could have been amended. If it has been, when was it done and what was changed?

The real reason for wanting the BC revealed is to find out if we are a nation of laws. If BHO can "get away" with dodging the law, then we have entered into the age of anarchy in the US. Some say it's too late and would cause a Constitutional crisis if we press him to show his BC. I say it is already a crisis if he can just say it is so and never prove it. If that's the rules we are now under, Nixon was innocent because he said, "I am not a crook!".
