A lawyer who is playing a key role in a California lawsuit urging officials to prevent the state's 55 Electoral College votes from being recorded for Barack Obama until questions about his citizenship are resolved says he's organizing plans to challenge, even after the inauguration, every order, every proposal, every piece of paperwork generated by Obama.
"We will file lawsuits on his actions, every time. As long as we have money , we will keep filing lawsuits until we get a decision as to his citizenship status," Gary Kreep, chief of the United States Justice Foundation, told WND today.
"We're already talking to groups who are willing to be plaintiffs," he said.
As WND reported, Kreep filed the California challenge with presidential candidate Alan Keyes as a plaintiff.
The complaint urges the California secretary of state to refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast until Obama's citizenship and related eligibility to hold office is resolved.

There needs to be a litigation fund set up where people can donate to keep the lawsuits flying.
Normally I have no use or compassion for shysters, but if this one can keep hussein tied down, I’ll happily donate for the cause.

He has to stall until the last possible moment with the intent to be sworn in by the time his documentation can be thoroughly examined and disproved. He will have a much better chance of surviving the chaos and any impeachment if he is in office.
Republicans need to step up and demonstrate he is disqualified by no later than Jan 8, ‘08.

We voted for electors, not the individual candidates. The electors vote on or after December 15, 2009. The results are then presented to a joint session of Congress and objections may be heard on January 8, 2009. See the letter on my About page hand-delivered to the local offices of my Republican Senators and Representatives. I urge you to take similar action, even if it is simply faxing a one page letter to Washington, D.C.
I thought this was fringe stuff during the campaign, but the ongoing litigation, when all he has to do is release his birth certificate is starting to make me reconsider. It looks like he is stalling until he is sworn in, betting it will be more difficult to remove him. (Possession is 9/10’s of the law) You know the media will run interference, and congress will market a term, like reprehensible, to make it sound like they are concerned, but give them cover to do nothing. My question is, what happens to the constitution when the highest elected official, and congress openly defy it?

I have no clue where the likely president-elect was born. If he was not born here (or on a military base, etc.), I wonder which branch of government would make the call.
Maybe it would be the judiciary, the US Supremes, and not congress because you only impeach/convict a president or other office-holder.
As a non-native citizen, if that’s the case, he never was president or even president-elect.

That may be the case - but I believe all that is required by Souter is a response, not necessarily production of the document. Perhaps others on the board can comment.
If a BC was requested, there are a number of questions. How will Souter treat the document? Will he release the original for a thorough forensic examination?
O, his handlers and his legal team have anticipated such a requirement and have something ready to produce, and even if he is not natural born that something can be expected to shift the burden to petitioner.
But the courts are not always the best place to determine the truth. I do not think we should rely entirely on any court in this instance simply because time is against us.
Clinton lied to each of us and lied to a court and walked because the folks charged with protecting the interests of the nation sat on their hands. This is much more important.
Our politicians need to go on offense so this doesn’t get swept under the rug. They have the consitutional right/duty to object on Jan 8, ‘09 and thereupon produce evidence he is not natural born.
And that’s why all the folderol with fake “Office of the President Elect” podiums, and seals, and logos, and crap. All he needs is some gaudy Khaddafy type uniform with gold braid and tassels.

He is not the P-E until the people we voted for, the electors, formally vote for him on on after Dec 15. But try telling that to the MSM, they have all but sworn him in. They are giving us a bum’s rush.
